I help organisations Invent, experiment and scale new people products, services and experiences for their employee experience. My methods are tailored to the business needs and MOOs, This often involves co-design workshops and collaborative reduction sessions to distil ideas. I refine and prioritise these ideas based on feedback, business impact, and innovation criteria. 3. Experiment & Experience: I'm right there with you, supporting you in executing experiments, interpreting results, making informed decisions, managing risk, and creating impactful employee products and experiences. I'm not just about theory - I'm about putting it into practice and seeing real results. 4. Upskilling and Team Accounting: from immersive sessions on audience insights, design thinking, and de-risking assumptions. I equip teams with the tools, frameworks, and mindsets from innovation and design, preparing your organisation for innovation. They often range from 2-day workshops to week-long experiences with innovation coaching. I guide you through design thinking and innovation, offering hands-on experience with real-world challenges, collaborative reflections, and post-workshop support.
