Lead in the operational management and implementation of activities related to the conception, design, creation, development, and production of media—video, audio, graphics, multimedia, and other forms of digital media—for diverse audiences, including internal and external stakeholders. This includes the strategic and operational management and implementation of activities related to media distribution, including broadcast, online, and any other platforms or events used to support or distribute digital media.

The Sr. Media Manager also leads the management and maintenance of facilities and equipment that support the production and distribution of media and media-related activities.

Responsibilities 
Conceptualizing, developing, designing, producing, editing, and directing media projects
Operating, maintaining, and/ overseeing media facilities, production, and distribution-related activities
Intermediate planning, organizing, directing, and facilitating skills
Define work objectives, plans, priorities, and deadlines and delegate routine tasks appropriately
Reviewing and approving the completed work of others (internal/external) to verify technical soundness and adherence to deadlines
Identifying and implementing changes/improvements to quality improvement processes, procedures, policies, and plans
Supervisng vendors and coordinating activities to ensure the successful completion of tasks

* Write social captions, schedule, & post content daily across Protis Global’s organic social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Tiktok
* Maintain the social media calendar, updating frequently based on campaign needs, brand goals and KPIs, and timely opportunities for audience engagement
* Brainstorm & pitch monthly content ideas to support ongoing brand goals and marketing campaigns
* Stay current with digital, social, consumer, and industry trends; make timely recommendations and improvements to evolve brand presence
* Collaborate in the development and implementation of marketing content that accurately reflects the brand voice and reaches target audiences for a variety of channels, with a focus on social media, blog, website, organic outreach, and events
* Ensure grammatical excellence on written content and provide input on videography and photography, always keeping the voice of the customer in mind.
* Assist with photo and video shoots from concept to shipping samples to shoot location
