I decided to pursue a career in sales when I was 15 years old after a summer job at Sea World selling "your name on a grain of rice" working for commission. Since then I've been a door to door seller, regional sales leader, national sales trainer, learning and development director, and have had the privilege to lead two national field sales organizations. I am a hands on leader who is not afraid to work the front lines with my team to keep my sales skills sharp. I'm passionate about training and focus on building world class sales organizations. I have only taken two sick days in the past 15 years.
