Contextual Audit Anyone can audit your store, but what sense does that make if they don't know your priorities? Are there any products or brands that are more important to sell than others? What types of customers are you targeting? Why? Armed with that info, I'll give you a comprehensive analysis of opportunities for growth, as well as where you're spending money that can be put to better use elsewhere. This step takes 3 - 5 days, depending on the scope of work. 2. Strategic Goalsetting This is where we align on the results of the audit and where you want to take your business over the next 12 months. I'll help you figure out how you can grow your brand given your resources AND what the competition is doing. We can complete this step over a single, one-hour call. Once we align, we'll move to step 3. 3. Campaign Realignment This is where the "rubber meets the road". We've evaluated your store, competitors and goals. Step 3 is about adjusting your marketing to give you the results you want, that we aligned on. This phase usually lasts 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the scope of work. 4. Active Management Step 4 is a fine balance between getting data and feedback from the new approach and making changes where needed. It's about understanding if we're seeing the signs that indicate our plan is working as-intended, or if we need to make adjustments. Throughout this time, I'll report any updates to you on a regular basis, make proactive suggestions to help you grow, and in some cases, evaluate opportunities for different software and/or freelancers (if you choose the Fractional CMO option). This phase usually lasts 30 - 60 days. 5. Lifetime Value Accelerator Step 5 is where I help you automate a customer lifetime value accelerator. Read that again. An automated lifetime value accelerator (more $$$ without the work = easy). This is what frees you up from the endless cycle of burning cash through customer acquisition. Instead, the focus becomes: how do we help you get MORE from each customer? Don't worry, we're not giving up ads or new customer acquisition. But we ARE building a system to generate MORE revenue PER visitor, and do it without adding any work to your plate. Questions?
