I love selling and sailing. Last year I quit my full-time job, bought an old 27-foot sailboat, and started working for myself. I've spent the last 3 years leading and executing over 100 RevOps software implementations, optimizations, and strategic projects. I've worked with small SaaS start-ups all the way to publicly traded enterprises with 1000s of salespeople. I became an expert with hands-on experience in CRM (SFDC/HubSpot), Sales Engagement (Outreach.io, Salesloft, Apollo), Sales Intelligence (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, LeadIQ, Clay), Call AI (Gong, Chorus, KAIA, Salesloft Conversations), Lead Routing Software (Chili Piper, RingLead, LeanData), and many other RevOps tools/platforms. My key observation was how much money and time is wasted on RevOps software. Many companies are spending 1000s per rep a year on tools with low adoption, messy data, and no clear ROI.
