I help people land project management roles they love—without prior experience, mentorship, or a PMP certification. In 2019, I started my career without a traditional project management background, formal guidance, or industry-recognized certifications. Despite these challenges, I cracked five interviews in just two months, securing roles that doubled my salary. Today, I teach aspiring project managers (just like you!) how to do the same. I’ve developed a straightforward system that helps people break into project management, secure interviews, and negotiate better salaries—all without the need for CAPM/PMP. Over the two years, I’ve helped numerous freshers and professionals transition into project management, guiding them to achieve 2X salary increases and land their dream jobs. In 2024, I made an exciting move to Sweden, eager to bring my expertise to a new environment. I’m looking for an IT-focused project management role where I can apply my skills and thrive in a company that values collaboration and excellence. No one tells you that internships can feel like playing five jobs at once—with one calendar and zero clones. Week 5 taught me that being productive isn’t about doing more. It’s about getting smarter with the time you already have. Timers. Energy mapping. Picking your battle before your brain even wakes up. None of it is glamorous, but it works. If you’re out here multitasking your way through chaos and still smiling through Slack meetings— I see you. And I want your hacks too. Here’s to working with your brain, not against it. ✨
Some of the best fixes never make it to the project plan. Like when someone says: “This step keeps getting missed.” So you add a simple checklist — and suddenly, everything flows better. Or when a tool is technically “done,” but no one knows how to use it. So you rewrite the instructions in plain, human language. That’s also project management. It’s not fancy. It won’t win an award. But it helps people. It’s easy to focus on big milestones. Delivery dates. Scope. Budgets. But some of the most valuable work happens in the background. Quietly. Thoughtfully. In response to real, everyday friction. It’s not flashy. It’s not something you present in a sprint demo. But it matters. Good project managers solve what’s visible. Great ones notice what’s missing. Have you ever realized the same? Tell me, what’s the smallest fix that made the biggest difference in one of your projects?
When we talk about workplace confidence, we often focus on big wins—presentations, leadership moments, delivering results. But no one really talks about the micro-moments. Like the fear of asking a simple question. This week I learned that feeling dumb at work isn’t about not knowing—it’s about the story we tell ourselves when we don’t know something. For me, that story sounded like: “If I ask this, they’ll think I’m unprepared.” “They’ll regret hiring me.” “I should already know this.” But the truth is: the question was valid. And what I thought would make me look incapable? Actually made me look curious and engaged. It made me realize that confidence isn’t the absence of fear. It’s asking anyway—even if your voice shakes or your Slack message sits half-written for 20 minutes. So if you're new at a job, internship, or just doing something unfamiliar—this is your reminder: Asking isn’t weakness. It’s a leadership skill in disguise. This is Week 3 of my 19-week internship series. Let’s normalize the awkward parts too, shall we?
Some lessons don’t come from a task list. They come from eye contact, hallway chats, and the quiet effort of learning who people really are. This week wasn’t about being impressive. It was about being intentional. Because names matter. And remembering someone means you’re choosing to see them—not just work with them. Week 4 as an intern. The connections are getting clearer. So is the why✨

No one really prepares you for what it feels like to start over in a new country. You don’t just learn a new city. You learn a new version of yourself. You start translating your thoughts — Not just into another language, But into another life. The smallest things trip you up: Grocery labels Bus stops Bank logins You rehearse how to ask for directions — then forget everything mid-sentence. There are days when everything feels New. Exciting. Alive. And days when it just feels… EXHAUSTING But here's what I remind myself: Starting over isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up — curious, awkward, and a little braver than yesterday. Because building a new life from scratch? That’s not a setback. It’s a story worth telling.
