I'm the most average bloke ever. - I don't wake up at 5am. - I have not been to the gym in ages. - I don't have a million dollars in my bank. Hence my LinkedIn strategy is pretty 'average' too: - Post when you can. - Give more than you take. - Engage with whomever you feel like. But this "average" strategy has literally changed my life. So if you are afraid to post because you think your story, strategy or achievements are "average". I suggest you try anyway. Cos Linkedin's not about being exceptional. It's about being YOU โค๏ธ P.S Yes I have rabbits. Got any pets? Show meee below!

I gave the biggest talk of my career this weekend. Not only was it the data science keynote, but also one of the closing speeches of the conference. And I was a nervous wreck the entire week leading up to the moment of stepping on stage. I feel like not enough people on LinkedIn talk about the process leading up to a talk. You often only see professional shots of the speaker looking effortless up on stage, posted after the talk. And that talk was probably the 50th talk theyโ€™ve given. Well Iโ€™m here to say, your public speaking fears are valid, whether youโ€™re just starting out like me or a seasoned pro. Besides the nerves that came with giving my first ever keynote, I was also stressed because I overthought every single detail. What was I going to talk about? What was I going to put on my slides? What was I going to wear on the big day? What are people going to think if I forget a line? Luckily for me, putting together my actual deck was pretty much automated. Because my entire presentation was generated using AI thanks to Tome. Through a series of conversational prompts with its AI, Tome helped me iteratively craft an outline and then an entire narrative, complete with layouts, copies and visuals. At the end of my talk ๐˜ข๐˜ฃ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ๐˜ต AI, I revealed to the audience it was created ๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜จ AI. The reaction in the crowd was one of probably shock, awe and curiosity. And thatโ€™s when I knew I had accomplished what I had set out to do for my first ever keynote speech: 1. Convince myself I ๐˜ค๐˜ข๐˜ฏ conquer my public speaking fears in front of a huge crowd of data professionals I massively respect     2. Convince data professionals that career longevity in the age of AI means embracing it as a friend and not a foe --- A big thank you to my friends at Tome for partnering with me to make this special career milestone of mine so unforgettable ๐Ÿ™ Check out Tome for yourself here ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://tome.pub/47ZyVDi

I have a friend who got 160,000 followers in 4 months. So I asked him, "How are you growing so quickly?" He responded with: "I use pre-validated ideas and concepts with higher-quality writing and visuals to rapidly grow my following." He then broke it down for me: (But on the basis that I kept him anonymous) 1. Find pre-validated ideas He uses Kleo (free browser extension) to study high-performing creators. It helps him find post inspiration that: - Performs well for other creators - Is evergreen (not time-sensitive) - Will resonate with his own audience Before Kleo, he followed this process manuallyโ€ฆ โ€œBut when I first installed Kleo, it completely changed how I work. What usually took me hours of research, started taking minutes.โ€ Now all he does is: 1. Go to high-performing creators 2. Browse their top-performing posts 3. Search topics that resonate with his own audience 4. Explore formats that perform well in other industries โ€œKleo saves me about 20 hours a weekโ€ฆ genuinely.โ€ 2. Improve on these ideas Successful creators build on content that came before. So, he takes validated ideas and makes them his own. For example: - Adding opinions and ideas that resonate - Developing points further to give more value - Providing more information from credible sources - Adding personal experience, learnings and insights 3. Repurpose the winners He regularly repurposes and reformats his old content to guarantee a successful post. โ€œEven this would take a lot of time. Iโ€™d try to remember which did well or scroll through my LinkedIn posts..." But with Kleo, he now: 1. Goes to his profile 2. Changes the date range 3. Identifies his top performers 4. Repurposes and improves the post Remember: You donโ€™t need to be a genius or produce original content 24/7 to be a successful creator. You just need the right tools and systems to discover, study and be inspired by great ideas. P.S. Install Kleo for free at https://kleo.so/

5 countries in 10 days. All thanks to LinkedIn. (No, this is not a "me, me, me" post โ†’ it's a lesson) 1. When you share freely, people come 2. When you share consistently, they stay 3. When you simplify challenges, they trust 4. When you advise with precision, they apply 5. When you care, you create "real" connections 6. When you promise, they have "real" expectations 7. When you inspire action, they receive "real" results And if you do it all over time, your world starts to expand. You can take your "brand" offline. My new world? โ€ข Conferences and keynotes at big stages โ€ข Speaking and teaching at major universities โ€ข B2B training & workshops for amazing companies And it all started here. On this very platform. Dear LinkedIn friend, don't sleep on the power of your posts here. Your knowledge. And your impact. Because this only ends one way โ†’ you win. "The more you give, the more you get." โค๏ธ I want to see you win, friend. Good luck! P.S. Invite me to your city/country, please. My son wants to travel to new places this year :) We're ready.

The best LinkedIn strategy (it costs $0 to implement too) Invest time in other people. - Message creators and support their journey - Cheer strangers on even if you don't know them - Treat people like they're your friends in the comments Build positive momentum for yourself. Last year, I went all in on this strategy. Today my network is my biggest advantage. Build a community based on giving, not taking. When you help others grow, you grow even more. PS: Tag your fav small creator! Mine is Luke Matthews
