Turning 55 and the year is ending…

What does one think about? 

Some days…

I just sit down quietly and reflect.

Life is not always about pushing harder.

Sometimes… you just need to breathe, reset, and let the lights guide you home again.

At 55, I’m learning this…

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You don’t need to “fix” everything or everyone.

You just need to keep walking… one step at a time.

If you’re feeling stuck, tired, or a bit lost this month…

same bro… same.

But maybe this “in-between” is actually the beginning of your next chapter.

“Lights will guide you home.”

What is one goal you have had for many years?

A goal or a dream starts off with a thought
We either dismiss it or we work towards it
There was a time that I saw someone
speaking on stage, I said to myself
Hey, I wanna do that one day
So keep on dreaming
They will come true
Give it your attention
Invest time and effort
It may be a long winding road
Be aware of your surroundings
It’s alright to have detours on the way
We become the sum of all our experiences

No train the trainer 

No certification program 

But being on stage felt different. 

Never that I expected to share the stage with my mentor. 

Although I had a secret that I kept. 

I did want to learn from him. 
I did want to spend time learning. 
I did want to find out how he did it. 

I wanted to know his story. 

I did it not because I wanted to be like him.

I did it because I saw that I could figure out and resolve my own challenges. 

No, it didn’t happen overnight. 

Let me go back a little and share the story.

It’s easy when it’s easy 

It’s easy during the good times 

Semua orang boleh buat bila benda tu senang. 

Tapi bila situasi jadi susah, barulah kita tahu siapa yang betul-betul ada mastery.

Or at least nak menuju ke arah mastery. 

Mastery ni memerlukan fokus yang dalam. 

Lagi-lagi bila kita mudah terganggu. 

Kau kena ada CCPR (spirit, continuous, consistent, persistent, resilient).

Bukan jadi HHCS (hot hot chicken shit).

Bila lalui journey ni, kita kena jadi macam Pak Izzi kata, mesti CAN-ii.

A continuous and never ending improvement individual. 

Maksudnya, kita sentiasa upgrade diri. 

Upgrade mindset 
Upgrade skill set 
Upgrade tools set 
Upgrade soul set

Okay, I will admit it. 

I have fear, sometimes too much. 

Today nak share sikit pasal fear ni. 

Fear ni sebenarnya boleh connect to something yang Pak Izzi ajar. 

Also the pillar of trust, dia panggil Papa ABCD. 

Nampak pelik kan, namanya, tapi jom kita tengok in more detail. 

First, 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲. 
Bila kita ada purpose yang jelas, fear tu jadi macam bahan api untuk kita teruskan perjalanan. 

Ia bukan lagi halangan, tapi dorongan untuk capai apa yang kita nak.

Next, 𝗔𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. 
Kalau kita faham kemampuan kita, fear tu boleh jadi confidence. 

Kita akan rasa empowered untuk terus maju tanpa rasa takut sangat.

Then, ada 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. 
Percaya dengan potential diri sendiri boleh tolak jauh semua doubt. 

Yakin dengan diri sendiri, kita jadi lebih berani nak tak action.

Jangan lupa 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱. 
Fear tu sebenarnya boleh guna untuk deepen our connections. 

Bila kita share ketakutan kita dengan orang lain, kita jadi lebih authentic dan hubungan kita jadi lebih erat.

Last sekali, 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲. 
Bila kita berjaya overcome fear, kita jadi orang yang lebih boleh diharap. 

Orang akan rasa kita ni partner yang boleh dipercayai.

Bila kita faham dan conquer fear, kita sebenarnya gain control. 

Fear bukan lagi benda yang patut ditakutkan, tapi alat untuk growth. 

Yes, I still have it. Tapi now I’m learning to have a positive relationship with fear.

MY JOURNEY WITH DR. HAZMUHAIMIN

Dr. Haz has been one of the most influential mentors in my clinic business journey. When we started our first clinic, I was the only non-doctor co-founder coming from a B40 background, travelling on a kapcai from Gombak to Bangi, sometimes sleeping in the clinic. But he saw my potential, acknowledged my work and gave me the confidence to grow.

One defining moment was when our second branch stagnated at RM60–RM70k monthly. I drove to Besut to meet him and with just the right diagnosis using data census, patient flow, sales per doctor etc, he gave me the clarity I needed. Today, that same clinic makes over RM300k a month. Simple tweaks, big impact.

What makes Dr. Haz rare is his blend of clinical expertise, business leadership, marketing insight, HR understanding and financial wisdom. He is humble, approachable and deeply committed to lifting others. He doesn’t keep his knowledge. He shares it, so more clinic owners can grow.
