—	In a leadership role, responsible for defining marketing goals in alignment with Aimondo's business growth strategy, mapped to KPIs and performance metrics.
—	Assembled, managed, and mentored a small but dynamic marketing team of 6 people, including 2 interns
—	Formulated and executed a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing a blend of activities designed to enhance ROI from both outbound and inbound channels, including cold outreach, content marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, and events.
—	Successfully established an efficient and fully automated pipeline for inbound and outbound digital lead generation, overcoming challenges related to GDPR regulations in European markets. Put together a fully automated workflow to research, capture, engage and convert promising leads. Our marketing pipeline by June 2023 was generating over $2M in opportunities monthly. 
—	Designed, crafted and launched demand-gen initiative (Pricing Academy Certification Course) that received >200 signups through LinkedIn before the launch and rated 5/5 by industry experts. 
—	Built and implemented robust system of marketing analytics suing traditional tools like GA4, Google Tag manager, Search Console, Semrush and Awario that allowed Aimondo to track customer journey, brand awareness level and most converting marketing channels.
—	Designed and implemented brand awareness growth program for the UK market that includes establishing partnerships with the leading media outlets (resulted in media coverage in The Independent, Business Insider, Retail Gazette, The Times)
—	Full digital sales support for the hand-selected events (from building virtual booths to pitching to prospects, to securing pre-booked meetings on behalf of the sales team in English and German).
—	ABM program: design, launch and running

-	Building data-based system for creating, distributing and re-purposing content on multiple platforms to support the initial platform launch.
-	SEO-related data analysis using Ahrefs, keyword research and website ranking tracking 
-	Product Hunt launch (full support of the product launch including content creation, finding message amplifiers on Twitter, reaching out, building relationships, ensuring their support for the launch campaign). Achieved over 1.5K daily website visits in the first month after the launch.
-	Supporting PR activities (monthly appearance on relevant podcast shows for the founder, guest posts in relevant newsletters)
-	Content support of the product on social media. Achieved over 2M impressions of the posts in 6 months.

Marketing Lead

Ecotrade Premium (wholesale, e-comm, retail)

-	Developing and refining content marketing strategy for social media (Facebook and Instagram)
-	Building online community around company pages and ensuring organic growth of the audience (15K on Facebook with $0 spent on advertising, 6K followers on Instagram who provided 5% of monthly sales) 
-	Building, implementing and monitoring monthly content plans across all channels of communication (web, social, offline)
-	Hiring and interacting with contractors, setting KPI and tracking progress (design, SEO optimization, selected copywriting, video editing) 
-	Identifying core partners and building relationships with them as a part of growth support activities
-	Building and implementing email marketing campaigns and cold email outreach with different metrics as KPI in mind (from 35% website traffic increase to 10% boost in conversion rate)
-	A/B testing activities: build, run, monitor the results, implement changes based on data
-	Building and monitoring annual marketing budget spend
-	Collaborating with procurement, logistic, IT department in order to support new product line launches with relevant marketing activities

As a PM, I planned, created and launched over 20 content products sponsored by various companies aimed at internal audience (publications for employees) as well as external audiences (leads, customers). 
I was a part of every stage of the process — from the initial design to building and monitoring distribution pipeline. Collaborated closely with internal marketing and/or HR teams to ensure the quality of the content products and that brand and communication guidelines were met.

I was in charge of marketing and sales operations around “Star Factory in Cyprus” project. A project was presented to Cyprus authorities  and business community (CTO, Prime-Minister, The Cyprus Hotels Association, etc.) as we applied for the € 6M governmental funding. Held over 50 meetings and project presentations (official and unofficial), dealt with reputation management in the ΠΟΛΙΤΗΣ newspaper. Eventually, we got the funding approved.
