- I ran the LinkedIn account and increased page followers from 450 on joining to 5450 in under 6 months, with a 552.8% rise in page views, 466.5% rise in unique visitors, 551.1% rise in CTR, and 1990.3% rise in engagement.
- Having shown my initiative in the startup environment, I was also tasked with HRBP and Admin duties, including recruitment, firing, team-building, executive search, reworking all recruitment processes, recruiter training, leadership coaching, and conflict management.

- I wrote digital content and communications as a consultant for the entire Shiseido Group, leading a team of four in service of 50+ Shiseido brands.
- I led 400+ projects to successful completion, including external executive communications, research and marketing presentations, product and talent branding, marketing stories, and investor relations materials.
- Noting my people skills, I was also asked to develop business and research relationships for Shiseido, successfully mediating new research and business collaborations with several leading universities and private research institutes, including NASA, JAXA, and Sony.

- Within a month, I was promoted to consult on digital content to support 3 communications programs for the Salesforce’s sales, marketing, and executive departments.

- Upon request from the client, I also led 1-on-1 and group training sessions for all 3 projects.

- I secured an exclusive deal to be the ghostwriter for Fr. Fidelis Mukonori’s memoir. He was President Mugabe’s personal confessor priest, a central player in ending the Zimbabwean War of Liberation (1963–80), responsible for investigating and reporting on the Ndebele genocide (1983-87), lead negotiator keeping the peace during the land redistribution farm seizures (2000-01), and much more.
- I also wrote a biography for President Robert Mugabe (commissioned by his office) for his 90th birthday and edited a biography for former Tanzanian President Julius Nyerere.
- I was lead writer and editor for the entire trade publishing portfolio, including art, travel, children’s, and fiction books, and one dictionary.
