I have a passion for the people side of business. I wake up every day with the goal of helping organizations to support and find the right talent. Finding and retaining talent is a core element of success in today’s business environment. This concept has helped shape my career and guide me to where I am today. I strive to empower individuals, teams, and organizations to optimize their work and achieve their goals. My portfolio of work includes collaborating with clients on solutions that are most in line with their needs, designing sales and account management strategies, implementing project plans, and developing proposals most in line with business expertise. In all of this, my goal is to help individuals and organizations enjoy work more. We spend so much of our lives at work, I aim to help organizations create the best environments for their new hires and find the best possible talent. I believe enjoyment from work comes from 3 areas: 1. Building meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients 2. Being able to bring your full self to work 3. Understanding what motivates you This process begins with a new hire's first impression. I believe heavily in the power of preboarding and onboarding and have developed a solution to help companies do this at scale while saving time, money, and effort. I also help organizations find the right talent whether that be full-time or contingent (part-time) labor. I work with medium to large-sized companies to help them source and hire the best talent (RPO) as well as manage their service providers for contingent labor (MSP). So what I am all about? - I am goal-oriented and make things happen - I can brainstorm top-level ideas and then bring them into action. - I seek to understand the complexities of the individual and the organization, and then create useful strategies to address their challenges. - I listen intently and help my clients to bring a different perspective into the room that helps free them from being stuck. I am always interested in connecting with individuals with similar work interests. I also love a good conversation about DC sports, sports psychology, baseball/football, or getting to all 50 states.
