Leading global training initiatives for PRTG Network Monitor, developing a comprehensive technical training portfolio. Managed a team of 10 trainers across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas,  consistently delivering high-quality training that boosted customer and channel satisfaction.

Achieved revenue growth from €25,000 in 2022 to €800,000 in 2023-2024, while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating of 4.8/5. Customers expressed a strong willingness to recommend the training to peers and colleagues.

Contributed a variety of technical content, including over 50 blog articles, more than 10 video tutorials, press releases, and marketing campaigns. Served as a Paessler ambassador on LinkedIn and at technology events.

Leading the development of the training portfolio and coordinating changes with stakeholders. Providing online training and frequently traveling to on-site locations to train customers and partners. 

Maintaining the training infrastructure used to deliver hands-on training, which includes a hybrid setup with VPN connectivity.

Leading IT Trainer for PRTG Network Monitor

Developing and maintaining a hybrid demo infrastructure powered by over 300 hosts. The demo environment was actively monitored by PRTG, and our sales and presales representatives used it to showcase the product in webinars, demos, meetings, and events. My goal was to ensure it operated smoothly without any hiccups.

I also delivered hands-on training for presales and sales teams on various technologies, empowering them to effectively position monitoring solutions for specific targets to channels and customers.
