I'm now leading the product at Krisp - a unique AI-based voice productivity app. In the last 3 years - Built the product management & product design teams, hired & developed a team of 5 PMs & 5 product designers working on different parts of the product - Developed a clear two-pronged product vision and strategy focusing on sales-led growth in b2b call centers and PLG growth in b2c prosumer markets - Helped grow the company and the product from zero to $15M+ ARR and 5M+ MAU - Grew the Customer Support team to 10 reps covering 24/7 operations in the middle of pandemic, reduced the First Response time from several hours to 15 minutes - As the first PM of a growing startup, led the development and release of the AI-based noise-cancellation app on Windows, Mac, Chrome, and iOS platforms. - Discovered the PMF and the key customer profile & validated the key hypotheses by participating in customer support, sales, customer engineering & discovery calls & mapping out the results - Worked closely with GTM teams to establish the product in B2C and B2B segments, and played a key role in the team responsible for big enterprise deployments, including compliance, security, maintainability, and easy deployment at scale. - Reported directly to the CEO & co-founder - ... and jumped with a parachute from 4000 meters above the sea :)
