I almost killed a video that ended up being a new client's biggest breakthrough yet. Here's what happened... Last Friday we published a video for a client that got a measly 468 views in the first 24 hours, I was getting nervous. My finger hovered over the "edit thumbnail" button. But something told me to wait. After managing over 5,000 videos and generating 400M+ views, I've learned that sometimes the algorithm needs a moment to figure out what you've created. So we did nothing. Absolutely nothing. We trusted our process: - The script was solid. - The editing was clean. - The thumbnail was eye-catching. Everything followed our framework. I logged in to the clients channel this morning and that video has now hit 10,400 views, 622 new subscribers and brought in tons of red hot leads. This is absolutely massive for a new, growing channel like this. The client texted me at 10am: "What the hell did you guys do? my calendar is booked for the week!" Your path to growing anything of value wont be linear. Some videos take off immediately. Others need a weekend for the algorithm to recognize their value. The difference between creators who make it and those who don't isn't just talent or strategy. It's patience. When you know your system works, have the courage to trust it.
