Specializing in leadership coaching, organizational development, and school improvement. As an improvement specialist I have helped organization move the needle on the metric that matters most. making as much as 50% gains in one years work. I work with leaders to help them identify blind spots, improve their craft, and steer their organization towards a continuous improvement and full engagement with my researched-based coaching program. I also help organizations improve their culture, strategically plan, and design intentional professional development that moves the needle.

I have served as a Director of Learning and Development for a large organization designing and implementing coaching and training programs that empower employess and move the needle on company metrics. 

As a Superintendent, I have worked to collaboratively establish district vision, facilitated continuous improvement and focus of district work, developed governance policies and procedures that maximize the success of all students, created instructional systems designed for high student achievement, managed and organized the district’s resources (human, fiscal, operational and material) to accomplish district goals, and successfully helped to pass a bond issue for a new K12 facility.

Implemented eLearning compliance training company-wide to 14,600 people. Responsible for designing and developing content to be delivered to multiple levels of the organization.  Organizes, plans, executes, and monitors training sessions for all key employees. Responsible for ensuring the education and preparation of Associates, District Managers, and the Support Center.  Guide and instruct all our training staff to create consistency of content in training sessions.  Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Human Resource departments to design, develop, and produce eLearning module training content. Adapts to the changing needs of our associates regarding technology and learning style to ensure maximum learning.

Focused on facilitating professional learning and coaching districts on formative instructional practices, student motivation, Gates Teacher Practice Network in Ohio, Tennessee, and Colorado, and supporting districts in their work through the Ohio Appalachian Collaborative.

Worked with over 192 community volunteers to pass an 8.4 mill bond issue.

It started with a question: What would it look like if AgBusiness educators didn’t have to do this work alone?

This past January, two exceptional AgBusiness teachers, Dr. Stephanie Jolliff and Lori Romie, reached out and asked this very question. 

In May, we gathered our amazing industry partners to have intentional conversation around gaps that needed to be filled.  

In June, we gathered 35 incredible teachers to co-create a vision with the support of MARTHA HOLDEN JENNINGS FOUNDATION, one where AgBusiness education wasn’t siloed, outdated, or unsupported…

…but instead connected, relevant, and backed by real strategy and real industry partners.

That seed grew.

And tomorrow, with the support of the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation, that idea becomes a reality.

🌱 The Educator AgriNetwork launches—with 50 Ag educators showing up to lead what’s next.

They’re not just here for curriculum.

They’re here for:
✅ A stronger pipeline between classrooms and careers
✅ Collaboration across districts
✅ Alignment with industry needs
✅ And tools that make teaching more effective and less isolating
