I specialise in helping managers and leaders bring out the best in their teams by tapping into the power of motivation, strengths-based leadership, and values-driven performance. When people feel aligned and valued, they don’t just show up—they thrive.

With a deep leadership and business development background, I bring strategic insight and a practical, people-first approach. I’ve supported clients across sectors to build high-performing teams, overcome barriers, and lead with clarity and confidence.

Led the Programme Management Office, Finance and HR for this mission crtitcal IT programme designed to electronically collect passenger information and maintain security of the UK. The technology enabled biometrics connecs checks across border control to prevent risk and move goods and people safely as passenger numbers increase.

Led on Housing policy for this newly created unit following riots in the north of England.  Led ministerial consultation on the Home Office community cohesion and race strategy. Chaired cross-sector practitioner groups on cohesion in regulation, media and diverse communities, and commissioned guidance for the housing sector.
