During my time at Optimizely I gained 3 promotions as an SDR, moving from covering Mid Market for initially the whole of EMEA, to UK Enterprise and then being paired the Level 4 Strategic Account Executive, Optimizely highest biller in EMEA to take a much more focused qualitative approach on strategic targets across EMEA.

Key Achievements 

- Achieved 100% Penetration on all 20 Priority one accounts as Strategic SDR in 3 months (Meetings booked with Decision Makers)

- Put forward a detailed business case for a new strategic approach on named enterprise accounts for UK, gained signatures of approval from VP of EMEA, UK General Manager & Sales Director, and wider GTM team.

- Successfully Ideated & Pitched “Movers & Shakers Automated Tracker” to Global CMO in second month, my solution for tracking all past Optimizely users/customers when they move to new prospect accounts for retargeting (lifecycle Marketing) 

- Became cold call champion through converting C level calls on a weekly basis, and winning global G.O.A.T. phone contest from when it started until I left.

- Won EMEA prospecting video contest, video is used to train SDR's & AE's in pitching via video intro.
