Y’all is a multidisciplinary marketing collective focused on SaaS and direct-to-consumer CPG brands. We are comprised of a full-time, fully remote core team and an elite roster of specialty pinch hitters. We solve big-picture marketing problems through branding, web experiences, digital marketing, and email.

As Eye Like Design's brand strategy consultant, I lead strategy on all projects, including messaging and brand persona development. I also oversee digital operations and consult on Eye Like Design's business development efforts.  

Eye Like Design creates unforgettable brands and digital experiences. Clients include Whole Foods, Arrive Hotels and Restaurants, Pitchfork Pretty, Joeris, and Farmhouse Delivery.

As the Digital Brand Architect at BTYcreative, I oversaw and managed the digital brand portion of all client projects. I worked closely with our digital marketing team to ensure that their campaigns are fully realized. I truly enjoyed collaborating with the entire firm on every project to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

In this role I took on the duties of brand strategist, account executive, and lead web developer. I met with clients regularly and review what the team and I had been working on to make sure that their brand is hitting their goals and reaching their target audiences. I was responsible for making sure that each client feels their spend is justified when they work with our agency to develop a website, build an SEM campaign, or amplify their brand’s message via the web. 

This role allowed me to truly find my passion in the development of brand identity, specifically as it relates to the web and emerging technologies.

I led all web development projects for our agency and developed over 20 semi-custom (framework + custom code) WordPress websites for our clients. I utilized my business background to make sites that were as user-friendly and goal-driven as they were aesthetically pleasing. 

I found that my ability to understand the client’s needs, even when they were never explicitly stated, and create websites that concentrated on those areas allowed me to create thriving digital platforms that brought easily-traceable brand equity and revenue to our clients.

Led all business development activities including prospecting, CRM management and pitching. Developed business plan, marketing plan as well as agency positioning. Procured meetings with national brands including CamelBak, as well as dozens of small to medium sized brands around the country. ‌Responsible for continued development and management of Outsiders 365 website. Managed three agency interns in addition to a class from a local university assigned to work with Outsiders 365.

Trinitonian Newspaper, Trinity University

Managed staff of 7 ad executives and ad designers. Created a weekly dummy of newspaper, using In-Design, for editorial to base content around.Converted all ads to appropriate format and prepare them for upload to press. Worked directly on paper layout for full-page ads using In-Design.Worked in conjunction with Digital Ad Director on payroll and general outlook and strategy for the newspaper. Presented sales figures, staff performance and client acquisitions to Campus Publication Board on monthly basis. Exceeded sales goal of $70,000, reversing four-year trend of declining sales.

Responsible for sale of $33,100 worth of advertisements. Built and upheld strong relationships with 62 clients. Created and employed a digital record system of all sales which was instituted and required for all ad executives the following year.

I'm the founder and owner of Y'all, a boutique performance creative and digital marketing agency that helps direct-to-consumer scale their paid acquisition channels. 

As a branding and marketing expert, I lead strategy on all projects, from messaging and brand persona development to performance marketing and email campaigns. I also partner with other agencies and freelancers to provide specialized services and insights.
