I've been learning how to grow tech products & companies since I was a student who went onto become an inexperienced early founder, marketer, product person and now again as a operator turned founder. 

I have led growth teams at consumer internet companies across Indian ecosystem - CRED, Dunzo & more during my time at Sokrati.

At GrowthX, I am on a mission to create growth leaders who will shape the India startup ecosystem. Why, you might ask? I struggled to solve for growth when I was super new to the startup world. I lacked a structured approach to growth & the peer network that could have helped. And that's exactly what GrowthX solves for.

Apart from work, I spend most of my time doing three things. I write daily on LinkedIn. Mostly around how to grow a tech product. If you are a founder or work on a tech product and need a daily dose of growth, you should follow me. Second, I do something called Saturday breakfast dates where I speak to interesting founders & operators and learn from them. Third, observe people outside of the Bengaluru eco chamber. This has been an insane insights generator. 

Off work - I am an avid foosball player and a failed ukulele student.

Worked with country's best talent across business, product, marketing & brand. Built products/marketing campaigns - most failed, some worked incredibly well.

During my journey, the growth team scaled the monthly order numbers from 150K to ~2million orders. Larger part of my work involved defining the growth model from scratch, identifying core levers, doubling down on top of the funnel.

Apart from scaling, I worked across problem statements which involved designing discounting mechanism, minimising demand supply mismatch, solving for sales automation for B2B teams and building micro-market profitability across select geographies.

Took a one way flight ticket to Bengaluru. Landed consulting gigs because of few people who vouched for my proof at work at Sokrati, now, Onlinesales[dot]ai. This allowed me to work across a set of post PMF companies trying to figure out growth in super early stages. I enjoyed build the craft for these founders and tested the waters with consulting.

One of the reflection, when you want to get breadth of problems - do consulting. When you want to go deeper into one craft - work in a full time role.

• Led Sokrati's e-commerce platform team(Onlinesales.ai) to cater 40+ concurrent e-commerce businesses with monthly spends $3,00,000+
• Consulted CMO/CXOs for driving digital startegy on organic and paid channels.
• Devised Facebook ad optimization algorithm to automate bid and budget changes to achieve business goals.
• Scaled programmatic buying for the clientele from $0 to $10,000+/month

Platform Lead Analyst | Onlinesales.ai (Owned by Sokrati)

• Part of the business team to handle Display, Search and Social campaigns for a number of e-commerce clients with a total monthly spend of $50,000.
• Drove Google shopping for variety of global clients and scaled a travel accessories brand to 20X.
• Part of team to build case studies on Google Shopping & Feed based campaigns with Google and Facebook India team.

Business Analyst

AdsKiya Media Labs

Built an ad platform to buy and sell ad-spots. The ad platform helped advertising agencies find the right kind of Billboard, Bus shelter, Movie cinema ad screen in the city and book it similar to digital media buying. Hit ramen profitability in 3 months & took the company to Rs.1,000,000 ARR. I took a conscious call of exiting the company to pursue the upside on digital growth which was peaking in 2016 across e-commerce and joined Sokrati.

Spot campaign with Harsha Bhogle during union budget 2020. 

- The campaign made CRED as #4 app on Google Play store for 4 days.
- 5 Million total views with 41% of them completed views. 7K total reactions.
- Got CRED as trending topic during the campaign.

Union Budget with Cricket (Ft. Harsha Bhogle)

- Scaled a micromarket by 3x in a 60 day time span for Dunzo's commerce order volumes.
- Drove demand side of thing for new user acquisition, funnel optimization and retention.
- Managed the project in and out to scale #1 Geo pan India for Dunzo's commerce business.

Built a quad copter( Vertical take off Vehicle with four rotors).  Application: spraying pesticides over large scale farm land.

Prototype attained max height of 150 ft with 20mph speed for a max flight time of 21 mins.
