I started SaaStock in 2015 with a simple idea: give SaaS founders a real space to connect, learn, and scale faster–together. Fast forward to today: SaaStock has become the global home for SaaS founders who are serious about growth. We've hosted thousands of founders, VCs, and execs from Dublin to Austin, from seed stage to unicorn. We’ve built a community that doesn’t just celebrate scale, it shares the hard truths, the breakthroughs, and the lessons you only get by being in the room where it happens. Before SaaStock, I spent 11 years in sales, getting my hands dirty, chasing targets, closing deals, and learning what real GTM pressure feels like. That experience taught me: there’s no shortcut to growth. You need the right people around you, the right mindset, and a willingness to evolve — especially now, in an AI First world. Today, I'm focused on three things: Growing SaaStock across Europe and the US as the leading platform for SaaS founders. Building a new generation of founder-driven, AI-enabled companies. Using the SaaS Revolution Show Podcast to tell the real stories — the wins and the war stories — from the frontlines of SaaS. SaaS is changing fast. I'm here for the builders who want to change with it and win. If you're scaling a SaaS company, or investing in one, let's chat.

When you host 3 500+ SaaS founders & their teams, 400 VCs, and 150+ service providers… but stop relying on luck to connect them. You build something better than serendipity. At this year’s SaaStock Europe, we’re launching the biggest product evolution in our 10-year history. It’s called Meetup at SaaStock. And it’s our answer to the #1 piece of feedback we’ve heard since 2022: “We don’t want 200 scanned badges. We want 10 relevant meetings that actually move our business forward.” Here’s how it works: → When you register, we capture key data about you and your business → Four weeks out from the event, you’ll answer a few more questions about your goals and challenges → Then the algorithm gets to work finding the most relevant people for you to meet → You can also search manually by keyword, company, or role to build your own list → Once both sides agree, meetings are locked in via double opt-in → By the time you land in Dublin, your calendar’s set → You show up and get real ROI from your ticket → You’ll leave with at least 16 curated meetings designed to move your SaaS business forward Looking for customers? Need help with fundraising? Trying to scale enterprise sales? This isn’t networking. It’s precision-matched momentum. No more guesswork. No more “hope marketing.” No more ‘over to you’ once you’ve got a ticket. These are high value meetings arranged by the best tech in B2B events. This isn’t a SaaStock feature. It's our USP: Community-powered matchmaking designed for outcomes. SaaStock is the SaaS event to meet people who can add value and grow your business. For sponsors: it’s no longer about relying on booth traffic and hoping the right person walks by. For founders: it’s not about gambling your time on a maybe. We know the biggest objection for heads-down SaaS founders is: “Will this actually be worth my time?” That’s why we’re making a new promise. → You won’t waste hours scanning badges or chasing serendipity → You’ll walk in with at least 16 double opt-in meetings already confirmed → Every conversation will be intentional and geared toward revenue, funding, or growth Come to SaaStock with focus. Leave with progress. If you’re ready to make every conversation count this October in Dublin, the link’s in the comments. This won’t just be the most valuable SaaStock yet. It’s the blueprint for every SaaStock going forward. We’re betting the future of SaaStock on Meetup  and building the largest, most impactful meetings program in B2B SaaS. This is not a one-off upgrade. It’s a permanent shift in how we deliver ROI. And it starts this October in Dublin.

SaaStock is celebrating 10 years. So here are 10 reasons to go to SaaStock Europe 2025: (From the founder who turned a blog into a $5M SaaS community) 1️⃣ 15,000 pre-qualified meetings. Zero guesswork. This isn’t networking. It’s strategy. Meetup at SaaStock matches you with the right people based on what you’re building, selling, or funding. The result? Come to SaaStock and get more face to face meetings in two days than you would in an entire quarter. 2️⃣ A 10-year track record of real ROI. We’ve helped SaaS founders raise rounds, find co-founders, sign their first 10 customers, and grow to $100M+. This event has never been about vanity. It’s always been about moving your business forward. We help any SaaS founder and their leadership teams no matter their stage. 3️⃣ Founders on stage. Founders in the crowd. No hired keynotes. No corporate fluff. Just SaaS founders and operators sharing what’s working. You’ll hear real GTM playbooks, pricing tests, hiring lessons, and growth stories from people in the trenches. 4️⃣ More than a SaaS event. A catalyst for European SaaS. SaaStock was born in Dublin and built by the European SaaS community. This is where Europe shows it can build, scale, and lead globally. Every year it gets stronger and more global. 5️⃣ AI-First implementation from the front lines. Every CEO and founder needs to be learning about AI at a rapid speed. They need to know how others are harnessing its power. We’re not just talking about AI, we’re showing how founders are deploying it. In product, GTM, ops, and everything in between. If you’re SaaS + want to become A-First, SaaStock is where to go. 6️⃣ The buyer <> seller sweet spot. Whether you’re raising capital or selling a solution, SaaStock is where both sides of the market meet. We bring VCs, buyers, vendors, and founders into one room. SaaStock is where business gets done. 7️⃣ The biggest shift in SaaS events in a decade. We’ve rebuilt the SaaStock experience from the ground up. Meetup at SaaStock isn’t just a feature, it’s our engine. It transforms how founders connect, learn, and grow. This is the first time a B2B SaaS conference has prioritised pre-matched, high-value meetings as the main event, not the sideshow. 8️⃣ A focused room, not a tourist crowd. This isn’t for dabblers or tourists. You’re surrounded by people who build, ship, fund, and scale SaaS full time. The SaaStock community adds value and everyone has a ‘pay it forward’ mindset. 9️⃣ Community is the real keynote. You’ll leave with more than notes. You’ll leave with new friends, new supporters, and new collaborators. Founders helping founders is still the SaaStock way. 🔟 The best SaaStock yet. This year’s event is the most intentional product we’ve ever built. It’s more curated. More connective. More valuable. And it’s happening at SaaStock starting now, going forward. If you’re a B2B SaaS founder looking to scale to $100M+ ARR and beyond, this is the room to be in.

Met a CEO using 20+ AI tools. His startup runs like clockwork. Every founder I speak to lately is talking about AI. Not in a buzzwordy way, more like: “How do I actually become more efficient with it?” A while back, I was at dinner with a SaaS CEO who quietly blew my mind. He pulled out his iPad and walked me through two full pages of how he’s using AI across his company. Here’s a glimpse of his stack: • Granola for meeting notes • ChatGPT for proposals • Perplexity for research • Superhuman for email • Fyxer AI for calendar automation • Harvey, MiniMax, Gamma, Napkin AI, Smartlead, Midjourney, OPUS, and more... He even published 200 blog posts in 30 days using Surfer SEO. His view: AI isn't optional. It’s the lever that helps him scale faster, cheaper, smarter. And he’s not alone. More and more founders are being mandated by investors or the market to get 30% more efficient, or risk falling behind. “10% of companies will master AI and capture 90% of the market.” – David Sacks. That stat keeps circling in my head. And honestly, right now, I’m not in the 10%. But I want to be. And I want our community to be too. This isn’t about tools. It’s about mindset, habits, and action. So here’s my ask to the SaaS community: How are you using AI to become more efficient? Drop your stack below.

If you’re building a serious SaaS company, this is one of those events you don’t want to miss. I’ll be in Barcelona on June 19th for our next SaaStock Local and we’ve got two industry leading SaaS entrepreneurs joining us. First up, Laura Urquizu, CEO of Red Points. She’s taken the company from 10 to 300+ people, raised over $80M, and pretty much owns the global category in brand protection tech. Then we’ve got Jorge Lluch, COO of Abacum. The company was recognised by Deloitte as the fastest growing tech startup in Spain this year. He raised $45M+, found real traction in a tough space, and is scaling smart. I’ll be moderating both fireside chats, raw, practical convos. Just real stories and takeaways you won’t hear on podcasts. Big thanks to our partners at re:cap for backing this one again. They’ve been incredible supporters, helping SaaS companies get access to non-dilutive capital, and backing real community events like this. We’ll wrap the night with proper networking, drinks, and snacks. Founders, operators, a few investors. SaaStock Local Barcelona is an opportunity for SaaS entrepreneurs to come together, connect, and discuss what they’re building while learning from others who have done it. If you’re in Barcelona or nearby, come through. (RSVP link below) Hope to see you there.

This one retreat changed my operating system. Last year, I spent a day with Hannah from I am pausing. Just a small group of founders, slowing down to look inward. We talked about values. Work. Purpose. Energy. Rest. It sounds simple. But when you run a company, those questions usually come last. That one day gave me space to pause and reset. I left with a lighter body, a clearer head, and sharper awareness of what truly matters. It didn’t just make me a better founder. It made me a better version of myself. The truth is, it’s easy to push. To hit $10M ARR. To stay up late. To be “on” 24/7. But that’s not sustainable. And if it breaks you in the process, it’s not success. So we’re doing it again. This time in the UK . Same facilitator. Same structure. Same intention. One day. One pause. Full clarity. If you’re a founder running at 100 miles an hour, this is your invite to join us. You don’t need another growth hack. You need time to reconnect with the engine behind it all: you. Reach out if you want in. I’d love to share the space. Thanks for organising it again Hannah Godfrey.

I turned a blog into a $5 million business. And I’ve been helping SaaS founders scale to $100M ARR and beyond for the last decade. Not by adding bells and whistles. Not by chasing “differentiation.” By obsessing over one thing: value. → Listening to customers. → Solving their biggest pain points. → Building what they actually need. That’s what led to the biggest product shift we’ve ever made at SaaStock. It wasn’t a marketing gimmick. It wasn’t about standing out for the sake of it. It was about doing what we’ve always done best: Talking to our customers. Hearing what’s missing and then acting on it. Back in 2022, I started hearing the same thing over and over: “We love the energy. But it’s hit-and-miss. We need more quality over quantity.” That was the moment it became clear. SaaStock had to evolve. Ahead of 2024, we knew what needed to change. Heading into 2025, we finally knew how to make it happen in a way that could scale. → Not more stages → Not more surface-level content → Just more value. Delivered with precision So this year, we’re launching the biggest product change in our 10-year history. And it’s built for one purpose: to serve SaaS founders better. A SaaS conference where the meetings you need are pre-verified, scheduled, and guaranteed. Not left to chance. Because it’s NOT about being different. It’s about being more useful to the people we serve. When you strip away the noise, this is what matters: → Are you helping your customers grow? → Are you designing your product around their success? → Are you making it easier for them to win? That’s what I care about. That’s what SaaStock is. And that’s how we’ll help the next generation of SaaS founders hit $100M ARR and beyond: Faster, with less waste, and with the right people by their side.

70 SaaS founders, 20 investors, 10 community members and a magician walk up to a rooftop pool. That’s not a joke. That was last night in London. The SaaStock x Mollie afterparty for SXSW wasn’t about scale. It was about substance. Just 100 people. No panels. No microphones. Just real conversations with the kinds of founders and funders who show up, give back, and remember where it all started. People like Oscar Hackett 📊. He started on the SaaStock sales floor. Now he’s in the Antler accelerator, building an agentic AI company. People like Nick Dunse. CRO at Shuttle. Runs SaaStock Local in London. Still here. Still building. Still connecting the dots for others. People like Patrick B.. He flew in from Australia. The first time I met him was at SaaStock 2016. He had $100 in MRR and spent most of it just getting there. I remember asking, “Why risk it?” He said, “Because I need to meet people like you.” Today, he’s built and exited a SaaS company (Advocately to G2), and now leads one doing $12M ARR. He messaged me this week and said, “You’re still the first person I call when I land.” People like Kenneth Kashif Thomas, who I met at a SaaStock event. Now he’s helping me build BackFuture, our VC fund. None of that was in the deck. All of it came from shared moments like this. People like Frederico Hohagen, a Brazilian founder who’s been at it for 25 years. Now running Maplink at $30M ARR. He messaged me last year to connect. We did a podcast. And last night, we finally met in person. And people like Rob Liddiard, who told me he walks away from every SaaStock event with 4 or 5 great connections. Not leads. Not “networking.” Real people he stays in touch with. It’s easy to overcomplicate events. But when I look back at last night, the lesson’s simple: Get the right people in the room… and good things happen. Thank you to the teams at Mollie, BackFuture, and SaaStock for pulling it together. It didn’t feel like work. It felt like what SaaStock was always meant to be. And yes, there really was a magician. But the real magic was in the conversations. Let’s do it again.

What happens when 10 SaaS founders with over $50M in ARR sit around a table in London? They talk about everything you can’t say on a podcast. Just honest conversations over dinner about the things that keep founders up at night. Some bootstrapped. Some venture-backed. Some scaling new products. Others hitting new ceilings. Each one facing a different challenge. That’s what struck me. 10 founders. 10 different answers to the same question: What’s hard right now? This is why we started the SaaStock Founder Membership (SFM). Because being a SaaS CEO is hard enough. Going it alone is even harder. We talk a lot about scale, strategy, capital, and yes, all of that matters. But what founders really need is this: Space to talk. People who get it. A room where you’re not performing, you’re participating. Thanks to our friends Christian Luecke and Paul Becker from re:cap for joining us and supporting the evening. They’ve built a capital operating system to help SaaS founders and give them the support they need to grow. They shared that when they asked their network across Germany and the Netherlands who to speak to in the UK SaaS scene, they were told: “You’ve got to talk to Alex from SaaStock.” That meant a lot. We kept the conversations Chatham House. But the theme was clear: Every founder’s fighting their own fight. You’re not the only one. And sometimes, that reminder is the unlock. More of this coming soon. If you’re a heads down SaaS founder building without a group of peers, consider this your invitation: Let’s make it a little less lonely. How a $100 MRR founder turned into a $12M ARR exit, and it all started with a ticket to SaaStock. In 2016, Patrick B. flew to Dublin for the very first SaaStock. He’d just launched Advocately. $100 in MRR. No traction, no team and no runway. Just a ticket and a belief that the right room could change everything. I remember meeting him. I asked, “Why spend all that money flying from Singapore to SaaStock if you’re only making $100 a month?” He said, “Because I need to meet people who’ve done what I’m trying to do.” So I looked after him. Made sure he connected. Introduced him to founders, mentors, potential partners. He kept coming back. SaaStock. SaaSociety. He scaled his business. And then he sold Advocately to G2. He’s now building his next startup and he’s already doing $12M ARR, living back in Australia. Last week, he pinged me, said he was in London. I told him we were throwing an event with Mollie at SXSW. He came down, we reconnected and he told me I was one of the first people he messaged when he landed. These are the stories that stick with you because they remind you what can happen when the right person walks into the right room at the right time. SaaStock didn’t build his company. But it helped him believe he could. And sometimes, that’s all it takes. Let’s keep creating rooms like that.
