1. Treasure yourself, make time to give back to yourself daily.

3. Be fully present in conversations and enjoy listening fully to and for others.
4. Take care of the money you have, invest it wisely, and see it blossom.
5. Love who you are today, and embrace who you are becoming.
6. Say yes to spending time with friends.

I used to be so busy trying to prove myself I would work 14-hour days, and stop making time for friends.

The moment I stopped waiting to be rescued my success skyrocketed

People believe that goals need to take years

But they don't when you have a clear game plan

1. Unique Purpose - I could not unlock what made me unique so I undersold myself and my business.

2. Selling - I felt excruciating vulnerability selling my own concept, so outsourced this to a sales team, who could not sell the meaning of impact.

3. Social Media - I thought other gurus new better, plus I thought it was a waste of time, so spent 2.5K a month on "experts" that delivered bland vanilla copy, that connected with no one and wondered why my growth stalled.

4. Finance - I thought accountants were meant to help you be profitable, until after 3 years struggling and digging into the numbers I realised with a 5% tweak on margin we were profitable - something my accountants confirmed but hadn't told me. After this day I learnt how to take control of my numbers and put profit first.

5. Knowing what to sell - I used to outsource that to brand experts, until I realised they don't know the market better than you. When I changed to have full confidence in the innovation behind my product, and followed a game plan to simplify how to sell that my sales skyrocketed.  

6. Knowing who to sell to - They say positioning is marketing and so I hired marketing experts spending thousands per month, until I realised the secret to scale is to follow the people who you connect with, who connect with you, and turn each of those people into an avatar, that you can find more of with the right game plan.

7. Impact - I thought impact was about off setting, until I realised real impact is about sales, if you cant sell you cant positively impact the number of people you want locally and globally

Reclaiming my power through building my own game plan, helped my hire external experts costing less and achieving more.

4. Cut out 99% of the people you are trying to sell to.
5. Focus on 1% of people who are your tribe i.e. purpose-driven founders!
6. Promote your personal brand daily.
7. Be vulnerable and real in all your communication.
8. Prioritise with precision - Hyper focus on selling to the right people.
9. Cut the clutter - low-value products, people, and tasks.
10. Analyse and Adapt to what is workingand drop what isn't FAST.

These 10 steps are also a rapid cure for doubt.

Doubt nearly killed my business, thinking others knew more than me.

1. Do the work first ahead of time.

2. Unlock your unique positioning in advance of any meeting

3. Be clear on your brand story so you can say it on autopilot

4. Then forget yourself and focus on others, and what you can do for them.

5 daily gratitude techniques that can make you feel 100% more successful  

The problem in our fast-paced world is that ...

We are always thinking about the success that we will have tomorrow.

Instead of appreciating the successful lives we have today

I invite you to stop, to pause, to breathe and reflect on this:

Learning to FEEL proud of my existing success, rather than overlook it

Has transformed my life

It has let me overcome the fear to show up as my authentic self

And here's the thing

People embrace authenticity

Today I meet around 10 people a day on Zoom and sometimes I have to pinch myself

HOW, did that meeting go so well?

It went so well because I no longer doubt my own success

I embrace it, 

I no longer feel the need to prove myself

I simply show up as I am, prepared feeling my own greatness because I gave myself the gift of gratitude

You are already more successful than you ever could realise

All you need to do is recognise your own success

Recognising your greatness 10X your own ability to create impact
