For the past 20 years, I have had the incredible privilege of working in the hospitality industry. From line cook to managing partner and everything in between, my experience ranges from fine dining to fast casual, speakeasy to high volume brunches, small batch ice cream and more – it has afforded me a unique insight that I now put to use as a mental fitness coach. In an effort to become the best version of myself, I've set off on an exciting mental fitness journey and found such success that I am passionate about helping others do the same. From one-on-one coaching sessions to consulting with various hospitality venues and leadership groups, I'm driven by my desire to teach what I've learnt over the years and make a positive impact on people's lives.
