Hello, I'm Javier Llerena, a certified facilitator and instructional designer passionate about wired hair dachshunds! After losing my parents, I moved to California in 1984 during the Los Angeles Olympics. Surviving a tough childhood, I always had many questions; being an extrovert was my way of coping and connecting with others. In my corporate life as managing director, I stumbled upon the world of facilitation using human-centric and connection activities with my teams. The positive results blew me away. As a facilitator and instructional designer, I realized I could bring people together, foster collaboration, and help teams succeed. I design and facilitate leadership and sales development programs that empower people with the skills, mindsets, and behaviors needed to drive results.
