😬💸 “I don’t want to be too salesy.” If you’re a coach or founder, read that again. Because this belief is making someone else richer — while you stay invisible. Marketing isn’t manipulation. It’s a megaphone for meaning. 👇 What belief about sales are you unlearning right now? Here are some shifts other founders made — and what changed: 💡 A wellness coach used to end every post with: “DM me if this resonates.” Now she ends with: “Here’s the link to work with me — doors close Friday.” Sales tripled. Lesson: People need clarity, not hints. 💡 A leadership mentor thought selling was “pushy.” So she only posted insights. One day, she shared how her coaching helped a client reduce burnout and stay in their role. She added, “I have 2 slots open this month.” She filled both — in 24 hours. Lesson: Selling is service with a clear invitation. 💡 A tech founder avoided talking price. Thought it would scare off users. He ran a simple post: “This tool saves you 5 hours/week. It costs less than your daily coffee.” Conversions went up. Lesson: Value > vagueness. You can be heart-centered and direct. Empathetic and clear. Helpful and profitable. Sales isn’t about pressure. It’s about permission to be seen. Curious how this could look for you? Let’s Talk :)
The Bitter Truth of Building Brands You don’t become a brand by the number of followers. or You don’t become a brand by the number of impressions. or You don’t become a brand by sharing information that’s available everywhere. You become a brand by sharing your unique perspective. You can use the information available, but what matters is your thought. If those thoughts are contradicting yet correct — You attract real people who respect you, get inspired by you, want to do business with you and choose to follow you. Start doing that and see how people connect with you more than ever. How do you think a brand is formed?
Did I ever tell you I once declared myself an “overthinking coach”? Or a “procrastination coach”? And the truth? I was helping people. My clients got real results. But I still failed. Not because I lacked skill. But because I couldn’t turn my passion into a sustainable income. I tried all the things — ✔️ Webinars ✔️ Ads ✔️ Free challenges ✔️ Sales calls But something felt off. I told myself: "I’m not tech-savvy." "I just need better marketing." "I’m not cut out for this." But recently, after speaking to Paul Boehnke, I realized the truth: ✨ I wasn’t stuck because of strategy. I was stuck because of the stories in my head. Every single day, coaches go through this silent inner war: 🧠 “No one will pay me that much.” 🧠 “Maybe I need 3 more certifications before I raise my price.” 🧠 “I’m not cut out for premium clients — I’m too new.” 🧠 “I should just stick to free sessions for now. Who would even sign up for a paid one?” 🧠 “What if they ask for a refund?” 🧠 “Maybe I’m not really that good.” The real block? Negative self-talk — that we’ve normalized. Paul has helped hundreds of coaches and solo entrepreneurs quiet the inner critic and confidently attract premium clients — not by forcing fake confidence, but by shifting deeply held beliefs. 🎯 One moment from our conversation that really struck me was when he said: “The words that highlight or impress me may not highlight or impress others.” That hit hard. Because sometimes we assume our message is powerful — but it doesn’t connect. It’s not about sounding clever. It’s about meeting your audience where they are. 🎧 In this episode, we dive into: ▪️ What keeps coaches stuck (and it’s not lack of talent) ▪️ How to break the cycle of undercharging ▪️ The mindset needed to stop “convincing” and start attracting ▪️ Paul’s unique journey from classical musician to mindset mentor This episode is for you if you’re a coach, creator, or solo entrepreneur struggling to raise your price — or just doubting your own voice. 📺 Watch the full episode — link in comments 🔗 Follow Paul Boehnke and me for more real talk on growth, confidence, and coaching It’s time to stop negotiating with your potential. One of my friends has a really high-paying job. On paper, he has it all — success, status, and money. And yet… he feels empty. I’ve had multiple conversations with him over the years. He’s not alone. Some chase money, fame, and success. Some already have all of that… And still feel lost. Restless. Numb. So the question is: Can money make you happy? And more importantly, why do so many high achievers still feel a void inside? This question led me to a conversation with someone I deeply resonate with — Craig Polsfuss. What can I say about Craig? He’s not just a transformational speaker, bestselling author, and leadership guide... He’s someone whose energy speaks before he does. As a spiritual person myself, I find it rare to meet someone who feels this grounded. And in our short chat, I could feel the depth, the clarity, the light. In this podcast episode, we go deep. Not into hacks or quick fixes — but into the inner work most people avoid. 🎧 What we explore: ▪️ Why high-achieving leaders often feel stuck or unfulfilled ▪️ The real reason behind burnout and internal pressure ▪️ Why mindset tools sometimes fall short — and what works better ▪️ Craig’s Vortex of Living Truth (VoLT) model explained ▪️ His advice for anyone who’s tried it all — therapy, meditation, coaching—and still feels “off” This conversation is for leaders, seekers, creators — anyone who’s ever asked, “Is this it?” And felt like the answer lies somewhere deeper. 🔗 Listen now (Link in first comment) If you want to walk the path of purpose — not just productivity — Follow Craig Polsfuss You’ll thank yourself later. 💬 Drop a comment: Have you ever felt this emptiness, this internal conflict, even when everything on the outside looked great, you still feel lost? ♻️ Repost if you believe real success starts within. #Podcast #Leadership #Purpose
Most people say: "I’ll start a business when I have the money." But I’ve learned — 💡 It’s not the money we lack. It’s the clarity of what to start. I stayed in my job for 15 years. I wasn’t a risk taker. I liked comfort. But I kept exploring. It took me 5+ years to figure out what I really wanted. And now, 2 years into my business — I earn more than my job. But… mindset doesn’t shift overnight. No clients for months? → Blamed myself. Didn’t work enough to get new clients? → Blamed myself. No system? → Blamed myself. No growth? → Blamed myself. I’ve been stuck in freelancer mode — And failed to move to agency mode. It’s hard to make that leap. But this month, I’ve promised myself — 💥 I’ll do whatever it takes. The first change? I stopped working from home. Started working from a co-working space. It’s just been 2 days — But I already feel a shift. Clearer head. More structure. Zero scrolling. Better flow. Now, my goal is consistency. One step at a time. Hoping this is the shift I truly needed. If you're working from home — What helps you stay focused and productive? Share your tips — I’d love to learn.
🧠 Most founders don’t have a marketing problem. They have a messaging mismatch. Your brain is solving a different puzzle and your audience is having a different feeling. You’re talking features. ✅They’re feeling fear. You’re showing dashboards. ✅They want peace of mind. Until you speak their unsaid fears, you’re marketing to yourself. 👇 What’s one fear your clients never say — but always feel? Here are real scenarios tech founders miss: 💡 You’re building a seamless SaaS onboarding flow. Your audience is thinking: “Will this take my team weeks to learn?” Say that out loud: "This won’t slow your team down. You’ll get value on Day 1." 💡 You’re highlighting AI-powered automation. But your ideal client is silently wondering: “Will this replace my team?” Message instead: "This tool doesn’t replace humans. It frees them to do more meaningful work." 💡 You’re proud of your platform’s features. Your buyer is quietly asking: “What if it breaks on a busy day?” Shift your message to: "Built for scale — and stress-tested under real-world pressure." ⚠️ Tech founders: If you're only writing what you know, you’ll miss what they feel. Speak their inner doubt. Not your internal roadmap. That’s when marketing starts to work. So — what’s the fear your next customer is carrying, silently? Say it first. They’ll trust you faster. 5,900+ lives gone. Not because of war. Not because of natural disasters. But because of a brand we were taught to trust: Boeing. I’ve spent the last 2 hours reading stories I wish I hadn’t. Stories of mothers who never came home. Of children who boarded with excitement and never landed. Of families that disappeared into headlines. One of those incidents? Just happened. Air India AI171. 241 souls, gone. No warning. No closure. Just silence. I’m not an aviation expert. But I’m a daughter. A traveler. A human being who’s tired of pretending this is normal. Because it’s not just one crash. It’s a pattern: ▪️ 5,779 deaths tied to Boeing 737s ▪️ 329 lost on Air India Flight 182 ▪️ 520 on Japan Airlines 123 ▪️ 583 in the Tenerife disaster ▪️ And now… this. Each time, the headlines fade. Each time, the PR spins begin. Each time, we go back to booking tickets, hoping this time it’s safe. But I don't wish to unsee it now. I want to boycott this company for my family, for my friends, for anyone who deserves to land safely. I am not sure can i do this or not, but next time i book tickets, I will have an eye for the aircraft type of flight. I know this post may not change the world. But if it makes even one person pause, read, rethink — it's worth it. We deserve better. Safer skies. Stronger accountability. Because human lives are not just collateral for profit. In this picture: • Captain Sumeet Sabharwal – veteran Boeing 787 commander with approximately 8,200 flight hour • First Officer Clive Kundar - had logged around 1,100 flight hours Flight Attendant 🧑🏻✈️ • Roshni Rajendra Songhare, a flight attendant and travel influencer • Nganthoi Sharma Kongbrailatpam, a young cabin crew member from Manipur
