The problem with abandoning projects is you get used to it. Everytime you find yourself giving up quicker. Until you never even start the next one because you know how it ends. Always finish, whatever it takes.

A great way to get inspiration as a writer:

It's true: Talent matters in writing. But writing is a skill that everyone can improve. The talented will get great, but we can all get good. And hard workers beat the lazy talent 9/10 times.

Nobody wants to admit it but you need to consume to create.

Get good at writing and thinking and you can win arguments. Get great at writing and thinking and you'll do even better. You'll avoid them completely.

You are not a brain in a box. Obvious, but many people forget this. You're a body with a brain. And that means your physical environment matters more than you think for productive work. Fix it.

Stop using Grammarly, it makes you sound like a robot.

Avoid abstract nouns. Rephrase or embellish with metaphor until you reach something you can 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘤𝘩.

There is nothing more precious than time. Make sure you spend yours writing something that gets you more time in the long run. That means more time writing books you can sell forever and less writing social media posts that are gone tomorrow.

Never be trapped by linear thinking when you draft
