What makes people do what they do and buy what they buy? 👆 I've been interested in finding the answer since I was filling bins as a kid at my parent's Bulk Barn franchise! Much of who I am now can be traced back to those early days, including putting family first - there's a reason it's at the top of the list! When not being a Dad and/or playing games (mostly the board game variety), I am part of the team at Caddle, where we engage Canada's largest, most diverse and active consumer panel to gather research, drive trial/purchase and syndicate reviews for Walmart.ca, Canadian Tire, Home Hardware and a growing list of retailers. In 2020 I had an idea while cooking that resulted in the launch of Wander in 2021. Our globally spiced (not spicy) peanut butters are not only delicious but also fulfilled my dream of being an entrepreneur like my parents as well as providing a better understanding of the food industry. Unfortunately we had to pause production in 2023 due to increasing costs and decreasing margins. Incredible experience though!
