You tried to push your business to the next level, but instead of results, you’re facing setbacks ? Now, the doubts are creeping in : 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐣𝐨 ? 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 ? 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐮𝐩 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐲 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 ? That’s exactly what happened to Olivia : In 2023, she had launched new services and products, after asking clients and prospects what they wanted. That’s what you’re supposed to do, right ? Yet… nothing worked. Sales were trickling in, but nowhere near what she expected. Frustrated by these results, she had launched (another) new offer in 2024. But this one was different. This one was the one she truly believed in from the start, The one her instinct was pushing for, but that her client’s and team’s feedback had pushed on the back burner. This one, she truly believed in. And … it was struggling just as much. She was now running in circles, second-guessing every move. That’s when she reached out. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟎 𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐨𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 : - She had revenue goals, but no clear north star and criteria for what to pursue — that's why choosing what to do next was so difficult. - Clients said they wanted these new offers and products — but their actions told a different story. So we stopped the deadly cycle of trial and error, and we rebuilt with clarity : → Instead of chasing revenue only, we created crystal-clear success criteria to guide every decision, → Instead of stretching herself thin to achieve more success, we identified the core strenghts and unique abilities of her business she could easily leverage, → Instead of taking client feedback at face value, we analysed what her clients behavior really said about them, their priorities, needs and desires, → We re-evaluated all her products and services through this new lens. We kept the products and services that were a strong fit, and made sure they complemented and reinforced each other. 𝟑 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬 : ↳ More traction than ever, and the systems to support it, ↳ Full confidence in her business direction, and how to take future decisions, ↳ On track for her best revenue year yet (with profit margins up 1.4x) The new level she wanted to achieve ? Unlocked. Here’s the takeaway : More offers and services don’t mean more success. The right offers and products, built on real insights and your strengths, leveraged by a strategy tailor-made to your business, do. _____________________________________________________ What will be the next step for your business ? She finally knew exactly what to do next in her business. But she couldn’t shake one last thought : “𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐈 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫?” She had spent months trying to piece things together. She had a strong business with healthy fundations, But so many ideas pulling her in different directions, so many conflicting advice that sounded good but didn’t fit. Impatience and frustration were growling, to the point she was on the verge of “just picking something” and run with it. That’s when she booked a Business Clarity Call with me. We had an amazing call, untangling everything on her mind : → Separate what actually moves the needle from what’s just busyness, → Let go of what’s just noise and unnecessary pressure, → Shed a light on the blind spots and missing links she hadn’t seen before, → Uncovered golden nuggets and new strategic insights. 50 minutes later, she had it : Clarity. A new understanding of what was really happening. New strategic insights. A clear path forward. She even defined a clear, focused plan that didn’t require overhauling everything in her business — just rearranging the right pieces. 𝐒𝐞𝐞, 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐬. 𝐎𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦, 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐛𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬. But when you’re in it? You can’t see the forest for the trees. That’s why I told her : "This is why I do what I do. I help business owners think clearly. Strategically. Without the noise. Without the pressure." I am convinced that : 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤. A space where they can: - Freely lay it all out — the ideas, the frustrations, the gut feelings, the advice you’ve been given, the ideas that never quite made it to execution. - Think and process it without judgment, without expectations, without a hidden agenda. - Finally see the path that’s been buried under all the noise. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬. 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨 𝐝𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠. That’s why I offer a few of these one-off sessions each month. If you need a good brain dump, book a call. You’ll leave with clarity, strategic insights, and a plan you can execute immediately. You worked hard, built something great, and reached a level of success most would envy. And yet… something isn’t clicking anymore. You keep showing up out of duty, not drive. You keep doing the work—because you are a professional. But not because you want to anymore. 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬. It’s a strange and lonely feeling. You don’t want to let people down. You don’t want to break what you’ve built. But you need more. You need different. And this discomfort and dissonance are slowly eating you up. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐈 𝐦𝐞𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐚𝐠𝐨 : She couldn’t quite put her finger on what the next step looked like. She just knew she had to step into a new chapter — for herself and for her business. Or risk staying stuck in a version of success that no longer fit. So we began her reinvention. Not a reckless “move fast, break things” kind of shift. A deep, intentional transformation. It wasn’t about doing more to compensate for her frustration. It was about crafting a whole new version of her, and her business. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝐢𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨. → Letting go of past expectations. → Letting go of beliefs and habits that no longer served her. → Letting go of assumptions about how things should be done. → Letting go of what was “good enough” to make space for what was great. → Letting go of roles she had taken on as a leader that no longer fit who she wanted to be. Only then could we craft decisions and strategies that built her future. The impact on her business’s trajectory ? Tremendous. She strengthened her foundations, delegated higher-level tasks, launched new services that played to her core strengths and amplified her reach — leading to increased revenue, and higher profits. The impact on her ? A renewed sense of joy and excitement for what’s ahead. So I guess we can say ... priceless. We glorify growth, and adding more to our plates. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬, 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐩𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 — 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞. PS : I have 1 seat left for Strategic Coaching to start in the coming weeks. Just because you know you've outgrown the current stage of your business, doesn't mean it's easy to find the right next move : That's exactly what happened to Allie : She had built something solid. The kind of business most people dream of—stable, successful, proven. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬. Her mind was full of ideas. Exciting ones. Profitable ones. Ideas that could take her business in five different directions. But that was the problem—she could see too many possibilities, and none of them felt like the obvious next move. So she she searched for guidance. She looked at expert advice, best practices, proven strategies. And found… the same thing everywhere : generic formulas, surface-level frameworks, and advice that sounded good but didn’t fit. And that’s a dangerous place to be. Because when nothing feels quite right, you start hesitating. You start second-guessing. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤—𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. That’s where we started. Not with more ideas. Not with another pre-baked five-step plan. With clarity. We stripped away the noise. We challenged assumptions. We untangled the mess. We stripped away everything that wasn’t truly hers — other people’s opinion, outdated business models, “shoulds” that didn’t fit. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐝, 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐰 𝐢𝐭: The next move. The path that felt obvious, natural, inevitable. The structure that would have more impact and give her freedom instead of boxing her in. Now, she’s not just moving — she’s executing. Launching offers that feel aligned. Attracting the right clients effortlessly. Running her business with the kind of clarity that makes everything simpler, sharper, and more profitable. Because the hardest part when it comes to unlocking the next chapter isn’t finding new ideas. It’s choosing the right ones — and knowing how to evolve without wrecking what made you successful in the first place. ______________________________________________________________ What will be the next step for your business ? Making the wrong business decision can cost you thousands. The most successful business owners don't have a magic trick, they just know that : To get better answers, You need better questions. Here are 3 level of questionning to master, to unlock better decisions : 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟏: 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ↳ Questions to ask: “What exactly is happening?”, "What do we know for sure, and what’s an assumption?", "What’s the immediate consequence?" = What we’re looking for: Facts, figures, and key data. These questions clarify the situation, establish facts, and highlight missing information. But staying stuck at this level can lead to getting bogged down in details and foster defensiveness, judgments, and blame. Focusing only on facts isn’t enough—because information without insight won’t move your business forward. That’s where Level 2 comes in 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟐: 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ↳ Questions to ask: “What does this change?”, "What patterns or trends are emerging?", "What’s influencing this situation?", "Where do we have leverage?", "What could we let go of?" = What we’re looking for: Trends, changes, ideas, compromises, and concessions. These questions encourage us to identify obstacles and opportunities, to find connections and ideas that can address more than one problem. Connecting ideas is great, but staying stuck at this level can overwhelm you with too many options, with no clear priorities or order. Let’s take it to the next level ... 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝟑: 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ↳ Questions to ask: “Why does this matter?”, “What does this say about us?”, “Where is the gap between what we say we want, and what we actually do ?”, "What will we regret most ?" = What we’re looking for: Alignment, risks, gains, and impact. Here, you’re broadening your perspective, evaluating the weight and potential impact of your choices while keeping in mind 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 definition of success and 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 long-term goals. Master these, and you won’t just 𝑓𝑒𝑒𝑙 more confident — you’ll start making decisions that truly change your trajectory, and put you in a new category. I’m not afraid to admit it : I’m lazy. But here’s the thing — my laziness is what unlocked my best business moves : I’ve always been ‘lazy’ — not in the sense of avoiding work, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝒖𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. I don’t believe in reinventing the wheel or overcomplicating things, I don’t believe in stretching myself thin and doing it all to feed the hamster wheel, I don’t believe bigger is always better, I don’t believe in doing it all by myself, 𝐌𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝. To protect my energy and brain power, to always keep the big picture in mind. And I apply the same logic when business owners come to me. They’ve usually outgrown their current business stage, and are stuck trying to figure out the ‘right’ answer to what comes next. I could tell them to keep hustling, work hard, push them to crazy challenges, more more more, bigger bigger bigger. Even if it means pushing them to the brink of burnout, or to build a business they won’t even like 12 months from now. 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝, 𝐈 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝒄𝒐𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. We cut through the noise, strip away the distractions, and focus on the one or two things that will really move the needle. They get clarity, confidence, and results — and enter their next chapter with ease and joy. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or spinning your wheels with what comes next, take a page out of my lazy playbook : 𝟏. 𝐓𝐨𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐝 Keeping up with the Joneses is hard. What others expect, “what everyone in the industry does”... Easier to focus on what 𝑦𝑜𝑢 truly want. 𝟐. 𝐓𝐨𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 Strip away the noise, the distractions, the shiny objects. Keep only what moves the needle. 𝟑. 𝐓𝐨𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐥 You already have years of experience and knowledge, connections and ressources. Use what you already have in a smarter or different way. 𝟒. 𝐓𝐨𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 Complexity doesn’t equal success. Sometimes, the best move is just the basics done right. Success isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what’s right for you. For me, the choice is clear : if that means being lazy, so be it. _________________________________________________________ What will be the next step for your business ? What if you spent months creating something extraordinary, only to set it all on fire in a single night? That's exactly what is going to happen in a few hours : It's not a mistake, nor an accident. Here in Valencia, Spain, we do it every year, and I want to tell you why. 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬. The streets close, and they belong to the people. Every neighborhood comes together in a whirlwind of parades, street parties and laughter, carried by the rhythm of music and the sweet, woody aroma of paellas cooking in the streets. Every day, brass bands weave through neighborhoods from dusk till dawn. The rhythmic explosions of mascletàs—daytime firework displays—shake the ground and the core of the thousands who gather daily to lose themselves in the experience. The air thrums with the constant crackle of fireworks, the scent of gunpowder clings to the breeze, and 700 sculptures (Fallas) rise across the city, each a fleeting masterpiece of satire, artistry, and craftsmanship. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧, 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, 𝐰𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐚𝐥𝐥. The final night, La Cremà, is the climax of a month long celebration. One by one, every Falla—some as tall as buildings—is set ablaze. Flames consume months of labor in minutes, filling the night with heat, light, and crackling sounds. The heat is intense, the glow mesmerizing, the crackling sound both exhilarating and mournful. For some, it's catharsis—a ritual cleansing, a farewell to the old to make way for the new. For others, it's a moment of bittersweet beauty, watching something so carefully crafted surrender to the inevitable. For most, it's both at the same time. The fire doesn’t just destroy; it purifies. It marks the passage of time, the end of winter, and the promise of renewal. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐬 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐬: 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞. And this year, it carries an even deeper weight. In light of the floods that swept through Valencia last October, taking lives, homes, and a part of the city with them—these Fallas are more than tradition. They are an opportunity to gather again as a community, to reclaim our streets, and to remind ourselves, together, of the fragility and beauty of life. And when the last embers fade, when the final flames turn to smoke, the city does not mourn. Instead, it looks forward—to the next year, the next falla.
Sorry to break it to you, but what worked for others won’t work for you. If you want to unlock your business’s next chapter, you’ll have to Pinpoint what fits : - your context - your strenghts - your core abilities - your definition of success - your understanding of your clients This is what defines : → What you’ll do → What you won’t do Not some cookie cutter strategy. You job as a business owner is not to desperatly seek the “right” answer but to find the coherent one. The business owners I work with? They’re not here to copy and paste. They have perspective. They have experience. They didn’t build a business to fit the mold : they want to carve their own path, And they want their next chapter to be intentional + powerful. _____________________________________________________________________ What will be the next step for your business ? What will be your next business move ? Which one will have the impact you crave, without undermining what you already built, and be fulfilling for you ? 𝐍𝐨𝐰, 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫 : “Build a higher ticket offer, less hassle, more margin” “That’s child play, you should buy a competitor to expand” “That’s lame, buy your provider and you’ll create infinite synergies” “That’s old playbooks, the answer is online, go full in on a platform and online community” “Are you kidding me? the best answer is to franchise” “That’s stupid, the best way to manage your risk is to go into real estate” Technicaly, they all are right. Because there is no “one path” to success. 𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐲 𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐁𝐀 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞. All of this is just noise. Not in your best interest, but to prove they are right. That the formula they know is the magic formula. You don’t need their “right answer” You need the answer that is right for you. It takes guts to acknowledge that success could take many forms, but still listen to yourself first, to cut through the noise and find the one that’s truly aligned with your vision, values, and strengths. What helps you stay true to yourself and defend your best interests in these pivotal moments ? _______________________________________________________ What will be the next step for your business ?
