Thank you for taking the time to check out my page! Long story short: I'm a Marketing Strategist and Content Producer devoted to trust building. Long story long: After my father's passing at age 13 I knew I needed to start covering some of my own expenses. I pitched party tents at 13, stocked a deli at 14, and caddied the greens at 15. Shortly before my 16th birthday I became the first hire at a new Thai restaurant. This kicked off an 8 year career in the service industry, where I excelled as the highest-earning server and bartender at every restaurant I worked in. This sales and marketing experience made Marist's marketing program a simple decision to make, and I continued my service career throughout COVID. During this time I simultaneously grew an interest in video production. As a tech-savvy 13 year old in reading class I was NOT interesting in writing essays, and was given the option to create a video report instead. This project kicked off a school career full of videos of all kinds, from movie trailers to news shows to puppets on green screen. As I continued into college I was hyper-aware of the impact of video in the marketing world, and committed to a minor in video production. I worked hard throughout my college career, which was ended half a semester early by COVID. This led me back to bartending, giving me the opportunity to capture photos of food and drinks, as well as all the new COVID dogs that were being brought to our outdoor dining. Complimentary dog photos led to paid car photos, weddings, and my first business projects. In September of 2021 I dedicated myself to providing marketing material that does more than just shows the obvious. I found out the BEST way to differentiate yourself is to build trust and saw that many do this through face to face networking, but lack the capability of connecting with others online. I found ways to help my clients build trust with strangers to grow their businesses the right way. In summer of 2023 I met with the partners of AB Marketing and found that we have quite a few similarities, values offerings, and experiences as business owners. After much conversation I received an offer to acquire my clients, and myself as a business development executive. Now I get to focus entirely on my client's marketing needs and growth goals, as well as spend time making new friends. This came at the same time I moved into a new home and married my wife, Katee, and I am so looking forward to this next chapter. Looking forward to my time spent on here, and I truly hope to meet you. Much love!

"It's about making sure that no neighbor goes hungry when there is enough food for everyone" - Heather Thompson of Table to Table did an incredible job sharing their mission to mobilize the community to take a stand against food waste and support hungry neighbors. Bravo! If you haven't connected with this group yet it's so worth learning more.

Does a limited budget mean video is out of the question?

A national park with an incredible community center - in Paterson? If you haven’t seen the Great Paterson Falls or the Great Falls Center at Servant's Heart Ministry you’re missing out! This place is going to be the talk of the town in a year or two… if you don’t know why you’ll have a blast if you dm me for a visit. Happy Saturday! (Whoops this didn’t post until 11 pm for some reason so scheduling for Sunday now!)

Shoaib is a top linkedin follow for me, and his insight on video in linkedin are so on point. It's not about the virality, it's about being present for your network. People now feel like they know Shoaib a little more than they did before the video set - and that can mean huge progress for his next deal, referral, or unseen opportunity. Thanks for the reminder Shoaib!

Everyone is saying "LinkedIn video is dead" So I paid for a full video filming day. 2 weeks ago I... • Hired a videographer (Ashley) • Wrote 10 scripts (took me hours) • Scouted a venue to film videos in. • Put my OOO on Thursday last week. • Dedicated a full day to filming on-site! Why? Because 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗱. If you're chasing vanity metrics like impressions and views, yes... they will now plummet. That's because LinkedIn quickly removed their TikTok-style video feed (Despite the initial hype). For the last 3-6 months they've been: 1. Inflating views to promote the feature. 2. Going heavy on creator-first content. 3. Encouraging people to post video. Number 1 has ended. That's fine. Because you shouldn't EVER post video (or anything) only because it's a trending 'growth hack' method. I've directed 7 video shoots, Written 250+ short-form scripts Built entire video content strategies ....for my clients (Founders, Coaches & Creators). Not to "be seen". But to help them do 5 things... 1/ Turn attention into trust Written posts are good. But trust is built faster when people hear your voice, see your eyes and feel your energy. Intimate Founder-led video drives connection. 2/ Scale rapport without calls Founder video content builds subconscious familiarity. You show up in-feed so consistently that your ICP feels like they know you = shortens the “warm-up” window. 3/ Pre-qualify leads on autopilot Strong video content conveys your values, personality and how you think more organically - in seconds. It magnetises aligned people and filters out time-wasters. 4/ Turn brand into pipeline Video with a clear format, signature visual style, and strong thought leadership scripting differentiates you - your content becomes a high-value sales asset. 5/ Become a category leader Your competitors are barely to be seen. Few show up consistently on video with confidence, clarity, and value. While others hide away, you're embodying authority. IN SUMMARY? Video is good for 'visibility'. But it's GREAT to: - Speed up trust - Elevate authority - Humanise brand - Increase memorability - Strengthen positioning - Nurture & convert followers fast In a wave of generic AI posts, poor copywriting and as more content continues to flood the newfeed... It's even MORE important! If you want to scale your lead-gen, build employer brand, get PR/speaking gigs and drive pipeline growth... Invest in Founder-led video content. Because it conveys your message in a way text and images can't. Less people will do it now too. (They were only in it for the inflated reach). Even MORE reason for you to double down. I had SO MUCH FUN filming this batch of content and can't wait to share it over the next few weeks. P.S. Have you shared video content? What's stopping you?

🙅 A digital plan doesn't have to be selfish or self-serving. 💪 Those cocky jerks online are probably cocky jerks in person too. 🤝 It's a digital networking event, and it's vital that we all participate in the community by showing up with the value we bring to the table.

Full table of truly outstanding people at Servant's Heart Ministry team meeting the other day. Naturally, the blue collar guys loved taking headshots 😣 - but we made sure to toss some power tools their way to make them more comfortable. So cool to see the impact month over month at this table. 🙌

“How do I even network?” - someone in a creative group chat. What did I say? ⬇️⬇️ “ If you show up and show up consistently you’ll find business. Opportunities come to those who get in the way of them haha. You can also be strategic about it so you can go and “farm” business - but it’s harder. I’ll share below. I always say lead with a handshake, not a business card. If you find a group of people, get to know them, and they like you, then they can trust you when you tell them “oh I see an area I could help you”. Usually you have to put something in to the relationship before you pull from it. Emotional equity, time equity, referrals, doing business with them first etc - some type of interaction where you give and then you can be in the position to ask. So find a group to either just exist in (it honestly can help and is “easier” but not always effective) or you can be strategic but that could take way more effort, time, money, etc to get where you want to be to be able to make big asks. “ Now am I saying don’t have intention? No… I’m just saying there’s the easy way and the dedicated way. Both can have value, but those who invest in relationship reap those true rewards. Also shoutout Business Development Professionals (BDPros) for this outstanding mug. Honored to represent this group 🫡
