مراجعة ربع سنوية لما أنجزته من أهدافي خلال هذا العام عبر لينكدإن. في عام 2024 كنت شخصًا مختلفًا. دخلت 2025 بنسخة أكثر نضجًا، ووضوحًا. تغيّر تفكيري، وتغيّرت رؤيتي، وانعكس ذلك على كل ما أقوم به: ▪️أسعاري ▪️ عملائي ▪️مشاريعي ▪️ ومحتواي على لينكدإن وضعت 3 أهداف رئيسية لعام 2025: ← أن أصبح أفضل مدرّبة لينكدإن في العالم العربي. ← أن أحقق دخلًا سنويًا بقيمة 100,000 دولار أمريكي. ← أن أُستضاف في مقابلات وبودكاستات مؤثرة. وهذا ما حققته حتى الآن: [أفضل مدرّبة لينكدإن] في العام الماضي، قدّمت عدة تدريبات بالتعاون مع شركاء مختلفين، وشاهدت الأثر الفعلي لدى المتدرّبين: بعضهم جذب عملاء جدد. البعض الآخر أطلق مشروعه الخاص. آخرون ضاعفوا أرباحهم بعد ورشة تدريبية واحدة. هذا النجاح زاد من إصراري على تقديم ورش عمل أكبر وأكثر تأثيرًا. والنتائج كانت مشجّعة للغاية: ← جوسلين أغلقت ثلاثة عملاء خلال يومين. ← سندس ضاعفت أرباحها. ←محمد جذب عملاء من المملكة العربية السعودية. ← منار حصلت على فرصة تعاون مع وكالة لينكدإن. حتى الآن، قدّمت ورشتين رئيسيتين، وكان الإقبال عليهما كبيرًا، والأثر ملموسًا. Perfect products don’t sell. Brands do. Effortlessly. Yesterday, I was shopping at a mall. A woman was carrying a Patchi bag. From all the chocolate shops available, she chose Patchi. She was walking with PRIDE & joy. She certainly paid a premium price, even if the chocolate quality & taste were the same in other shops. Patchi was a brand. Other chocolate shops were just other chocolate shops. At least that was her perception. You are investing in your skills and products, aiming for “perfect”. Yet without heavy promotions, your business would stagnate. You compete on price & discount. Saying no to an unfit client means losing necessary money. …You haven’t yet become a brand. Building your brand doesn’t come with time, but with POSITIONING: How does your ideal client FEEL about carrying your signature on their purchases? A business, a product, or a CEO is easily replaced. A brand can NEVER be replaced. Brands presell, at a higher price (effortlessly). Are you a Patchi or another chocolate shop? “I don’t like to show emotions in my posts.” I hear this sentence from almost every founder I work with. And I get it. Showing emotions might feel like too much or less authoritative. But what you think is “not needed in your posts” is what actually makes your ideal client click & convert. English is not the universal language. Fear is a universal language. Frustration is. Freedom is. Self-accomplishment is. Inbound clients don’t convert from flawless professional posts. They convert because you touch a point in their souls that needed awakening. ...A dream they have been postponing. ...Potential, they denied themselves. ...Prosperity, they thought, was impossible. ...Family time they have never had. You can’t promote your solution like throwing a rock into their face. Talk to them from human to human. Let your post be the path they need to follow to reach their desired goal. Without emotions and storytelling, it’s just noise. ...More words adding to the fluff, already excessive on social media. Write like you’re in a business meeting. Listen to them. Make them feel heard. Reply to them. Show them the path. And you will find them in the DMs before you even ask for it. P.S. The LinkedIn police will surely arrest me for this crime: I always disappear partially or completely from LinkedIn while working on a campaign. I am guilty of this as a ghostwriter. Generic AI-generated posts discredit your personal brand. Your silent ideal client scrolling the feed looking for a solution to their pain will skip your post like it doesn’t exist. Surface-level problem solving. Excess use of all emojis. Overused words. wordstuffing. No depth. As a founder whose time is precious, you won’t spend a second reading such a post. ان كنت أبدأ لينكدإن من الصفر اليوم، كمقدمة خدمات، هذا ما كنت سأفعله ↲ لكي أنجح بسرعة وباستدامة أكثر مما فعلت المرة الأولى. (اتبعني خطوة بخطوة حتى النهاية) حين بدأت على لينكدإن لم يكن لدي خطة ولا هدف لكن الحمد لله استقطبت عملاء ومع كل عميل توضحت رؤيتي أكثر. لذلك اذا كنت ما زلت متردد في استخدام المنصة وجدواها، هذه اشاراتك لكي تبدأ. أما الخطوات العملية لكي أنتقل من صفر متابعين وعملاء الى الكثير منهم فهي: 1- وضع التزام محدد ومعقول لا تلتزم بالنشر 7 مرات في الأسبوع، ستتعب وتفقد الشغف. ولا تلتزم بالتعليق على 50 منشور، ستضيّع ساعات على نشاط غير ربحي. 🔸 التزم بنشر 3 مرات أسبوعيا، ثم زد الوتيرة مع الوقت. 🔸 التزم ب 30 دقيقة أو ساعة لبناء شبكة علاقاتك. 🔸 التزم نصف ساعة أو ساعة لكي تتواصل مع العميل المثالي لك. 2- وضع هدف قابل للتحقيق اذا كنت تريد عملاء وقدرة بروفايلك بسيطة لا تتكّل فقط على المحتوى. ضع هدف استقطاب عميل واحد أسبوعيا وليس 10 عملاء. وبدلا من أن تنتظر العميل، أو تبحث عنه، فليكن هدفك أن تخبر 5 أشخاص أسبوعيا عما تقدمه وكيف يمكنك المساعدة. 3- نظّم أمورك في مكان واحد لا تكتب بشكل تلقائي على لينكدإن. ولا تكتب كل منشور على ملف غوغل. أنت بحاجة لتركيز أفكارك، منشوراتك وأصولك الرقمية في مكان واحد. مما يسهّل عليك الكتابة بشكل أسرع ودون التخوف من الصفحة البيضاء. 4- نظّم أمورك المالية ضع هدفا ماليا لكل سنة، كل 3 أشهر، وكل شهر. افصل بين مداخيل البزنس ومصاريفه وبين ما لك ومصاريفك الشخصية. لكن نظّم كل شيء في مكان واحد. 📌 زر بروفايلي حتى تعرف كيف يمكنك تحيقي أرباح مستمرة من لينكدإن.
