Digital Marketing lead. My tasks for this company are:

• Execute the Marketing Strategy, including post-campaign reporting and ensuring the marketing activity is planned, delivered, and effectively analyzed, in line with prospect and sales targets.

• Manage a complex 360 website project including regularly updating images, copy, website updates, plugins, and improving user experience.

• Manage a Marketing team of +6 people including the Paid Media Manager, Podcast Producer, Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Community Manager, and Development team. 

• Manage the Social Media channels including the creation of a Podcast. 

• Manage the brand's SEO and SEM across the Google Analytics platform with strong consideration of brand voice, aesthetic, performance, ROAS, and budget.

• Manage the brand's email scheduling and databases with a strong understanding of authentic communication in alignment with brand voice, aesthetic, and customer needs.

• Organise and supervise the Social Media team composed by 6 people: the Social Media Strategist, the Community Manager, a Social Media Creative Art Director, a Copywriter and the Social Listening and Media extern profiles from the Company.

Things I do right after posting on LinkedIn:

1. Like your own Post ❤️  – Engaging early signals that your content is worth pushing out. Pro Tip: Also, like past comments (even your own) and DMs for extra visibility. 

3. Reply to comments and DMs ASAP – The faster you interact, the better. Right after posting, go back and engage—it nudges people to check out your latest content. 

4. Drop 1-3 comments on your own Post pin them – Why? After posting, you can pin it to your profile to keep it visible for a longer period, especially if it aligns with your personal brand or recent achievements. It stays at the top of your feed, helping ensure that more people see it, even those visiting your profile weeks later.

 How? Simply click on the three dots in the top right corner of your post and select "Pin to top of profile." This is a great way to maintain visibility for the content that’s driving the most engagement. 

5. Share It in Relevant LinkedIn Groups– Why? LinkedIn Groups are niche communities where members are focused on a particular topic or industry. Sharing your Reel with a group that aligns with your content can help extend its reach. 

How? After posting anything, go to groups related to the subject matter of your video and share it with a tailored caption that fits the group’s vibe. This can generate more views, likes, and comments from a highly relevant audience.
