Product & Marketing Manager - Marketing Services - Australia

Digital Marketing lead. My tasks for this company are:

• Execute the Marketing Strategy, including post-campaign reporting and ensuring the marketing activity is planned, delivered, and effectively analyzed, in line with prospect and sales targets.

• Manage a complex 360 website project including regularly updating images, copy, website updates, plugins, and improving user experience.

• Manage a Marketing team of +6 people including the Paid Media Manager, Podcast Producer, Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Community Manager, and Development team. 

• Manage the Social Media channels including the creation of a Podcast. 

• Manage the brand's SEO and SEM across the Google Analytics platform with strong consideration of brand voice, aesthetic, performance, ROAS, and budget.

• Manage the brand's email scheduling and databases with a strong understanding of authentic communication in alignment with brand voice, aesthetic, and customer needs.

• Manage content pipeline with a strong sense of brand aesthetic and understanding of its importance to the overall marketing strategy.

• Create new products strategy including sales and marketing pitch decks.

• Contact with clients and follow up on complex Marketing projects.

International Marketing Manager Freelance | Digital Strategist - LATAM, EMEA, Australia

• Organise and supervise the Social Media team composed by 6 people: the Social Media Strategist, the Community Manager, a Social Media Creative Art Director, a Copywriter and the Social Listening and Media extern profiles from the Company.
• Supervise and manage the Social Media Content projects of the year and organise the teams for each content campaign: Events, Christmas Campaign, Product Launches etc.
• Present and negotiate (with specialized profiles if necessary) project plans and budgets.
• Arrange weekly status meetings with the client and be the day-to-day contact on the content projects.
• Keep an overview of project deadlines and requests whilst ensuring the client is informed.
• Develop and present recaps for the campaigns to check the achievement of the objectives.
• Work with the strategy team to brief the rest of the profiles involved in each of the projects.
• Present and defend agency ideas with conviction through a superior presentation and writing skills.
• Problem-solving with Creative, Production and Media departments to ensure smooth proceses within the agency and the client.
• Perform complex tasks which required great attention and management between local and foreign clients and suppliers from Germany.

Guess what, 3 months of the year have passed. A quarter of 2024 is gone but, are you aware of what you have accomplished?

Sometimes we get caught up in day-to-day things and don't appreciate or even realize our achievements.

I believe it's important to be self-aware, establish short-term goals, and analyze key takeaways. 

And guess what, this doesn't mean that you need to write a book or run a marathon every three months but have in mind meaningful things that happened to you in your career or your life.

If it helps you for inspiration these are mine:

✅ Closed 3 new small projects, one with an amazing firm based in Melbourne.
✅ Realised, after many years, that I enjoy selling and that I am good at it. 
✅ Improved my health by doing what I call 'an activity a day keeps the doctor away', this being a gym session, yoga, a walk, or just doing a 15-minute workout at home. But being consistent.
✅ Started a collaboration with an agency which I can learn from and also bring my knowledge to the table at Simple Digital.
✅ After a year of traveling non-stop, finally grounded myself in Australia and found myself having a fantastic group of friends that I can count on and being able to call this place home. This especially being crucial for me because I am an expat.
