📚 Co-organizer at Certified in Distributed Management Program 2019 🌎

The Remote Future Summit is an annual virtual conference focused on the distributed workforce. In the last two years, it has attracted over 8,000 participants, both remote work enthusiasts, and decision-makers, who can join from anywhere, as it is a 100% online experience.

In 2019 we decided to build the conference agenda entirely for the business to have the most significant impact on how the companies function in the distributed model. 

The second edition of Summit included 13+ hours of content and was watched by participants from 140 different countries. The whole project managed to attract the B2B audience thanks to a great lineup of 50 speakers and 29 partners and contributors.

We co-created the conference together with speakers and partners from:

I was mainly responsible for:

🎙 Co-organizer at Remote Future Summit 2019 🌎

Remote-work is on the rise, so we decided to establish the 10th of April as the Global Work From Home Day. This day is a celebration of working from home for all the employees and employers around the world. 

Together with companies that have joined Global Work From Home Day, we prepared an eBook “Everything You Need To Know About Working From Home,” which was distributed among all people who signed up for the event.

We co-organized the event with 140+ companies from around the world like:

I was mainly responsible for:

5 things I've learned from our experience in creating Web3 Doers metaverse space using the power of community. 👇

For our recent project within the Web3 Doers community, the entire metaverse space was brainstormed, planned, designed, and executed by the community members themselves. 

By leveraging their unique insights and creativity, we were able to build a space that truly represented the collective vision and ethos of the community. 

Here are the 5 lessons I learned:

💛 1. Create a safe place for community members to shine with their skills.

↳ My only role as a founder of Web3 Doers was to create a safe place for our members to do and build things!

🧠 2. Host Design Thinking Workshops to collect ideas about the Metaverse.

↳ Sabrina Goerlich and Alekh Johari hosted multiple Design Thinking workshops to brainstorm together with all our members the metaverse space we want to build for the community.

💪 3. Find a community project leader who will make things happen.

↳ Alekh Johari took a leadership role and created a process for us to make things happen! Additionally, our Chief of Staff Benjamin Dunkel provided all the resources we needed to succeed. 

🔥 4. Get an expert with VR design skills to build the MVMS - Minimum Viable Metaverse Space.

↳ We are super lucky to have Anita Wielgosz in our PRO community who took part in the design thinking sessions and built this incredible metaverse space with the community objectives in mind!

🚀 5. Host community events inside the Metaverse space and attract partners and sponsors.

↳ Our main goal is to host community events and build an amazing space for knowledge and experience sharing while attracting partners and sponsors who would love to build the space further with us! 

Remember, the success of community building lies in collaboration and community involvement. 💪
