I have low creative stamina. Yes, I made up this term. Most creators say, "Batch create content." I do too. But their "batch" looks like 10, 20, or even 30 posts in a day. I can’t do that. I tried once, but it led to creative burnout and low-quality content. Instead, I create 3-4 posts, 3-4 days a week. That allows me to show up with my best. After all, writing & creating content is a fun process for me And not just another task on my to-do list. What does your content creation process look like?

90% of LinkedIn stories will fail. Not because I say so. But ask yourself: When was the last time you actually enjoyed reading— ❌ A 500-word post about someone’s shopping list? ❌ Yet another exaggerated rags-to-riches story? ❌ A story that just dragged on and on? People’s attention spans are shrinking. And the same people are scrolling here too. (Yes, mostly just scrolling!) Before you hit “Post,” ask yourself: ✅ Can I say this in fewer words? ✅ Am I teaching something valuable? ✅ Will my audience genuinely relate to this? Because if your post doesn’t stop the scroll, it won’t start a conversation. Write to be read. Write to be remembered.

Do free work. Give discounts. Or never do any work for free. Many freelancers (especially those who’ve just started) get stuck. They are attacked by 100s of advice online. I got paid by every client, even the first one. There are people who worked at minimum rates to land their dream clients. There are also people who worked for free to get their initial clients but now have a $100k inbound funnel. When you’re starting, do what moves your needle. And that might be different for different people. Focus on what’s most important ➡️ Getting your 1st client. Then the 2nd, 3rd, and so on. Take inspiration. But do what works for YOU.

Ditch your favorite creator’s TOF, MOF & BOF strategy. Every content strategy funnel has three parts: 🔹 40% TOF 🔹 30% MOF 🔹 30% BOF Looks perfect, right? But it’s harming your and your client’s brand. This strategy might work wonders for one person or a specific group— But it doesn’t work for everyone. Everyone has different desires and expectations. We started with: - Text posts ruling the feed - Then static images took over Then VIDEOS became the 'next big thing' Then (suddenly) the video tab disappeared! Now, fewer people use images. Yes, KINDNESS is that skill. ✅ If someone approaches you with an offer that doesn't align, decline politely. ✅ If a client is unhappy with your work, ask for feedback—but kindly. ✅ If a team member messes up, address and assess—without being harsh. A few days ago, a prospect approached me for LinkedIn personal branding services. He was professional, had clear goals, and everything seemed fine until I sent the proposal. My pricing was slightly above his expectations. Instead of acknowledging that, he said: "I cannot work with someone who has work ethics and values like you." "I've been in this domain for years and know how people play games." "For what you charge, I could hire a full-time person." And much more. Here's the thing: Not everything will match our expectations. But does that mean questioning someone's ethics and values just because their pricing doesn't fit your budget? At that moment, he had two simple choices: 1️⃣ Negotiate (if possible) 2️⃣ Decline politely Why choose rudeness? There are service providers within his budget. And there are clients who happily pay my prices. There's enough for everyone. If someone's perspective differs, accept it. Be kind. ❤️

This automation put my Lead Generation game on 🔥. I was using Google Sheets as my CRM & I would miss following up with leads. My dad asked me never to become a CEO! CONTEXT: I was having breakfast with an iPad, coordinating with my team and clients, and approving everything. My dad asked what I was doing. I explained. He asked, "What’s your role in the agency?" Proudly, I said, "I’m the Chief Everything Officer." He smiled and said, "You’ll become a Chief Nothing Officer soon." (My dad has been an entrepreneur in the construction industry for almost 30 years.) He continued— "I know how a brick is placed. I can read architectural drawings. I can draft and edit bills. But does that mean I do everything? Should I overtake Mason, engineer, or accountant? NO! I focused on key tasks that moved the needle, generated business, and built a high-performance team." Then he looked at me and said— "You might know how to do everything, but you need to let go of control. Pick a few things. Build a system. Delegate the rest. That’s why you’re building a team. Doing everything will leave you with nothing in the long run." If you think you’ve run out of Content Ideas, follow these 3 steps: 1️⃣ Download a LinkedIn post analyzer (Kleo/Taplio). 2️⃣ Use it to analyze your own account. 3️⃣ Read posts from 8 months to a year ago. You’ll realize you don’t even remember 50% of your own content. And you’ll be amazed at how much you’ve already created. Now, think about this— You, the creator who brainstormed, drafted, edited, and posted the content, don’t remember it. Do you think your audience will? My 1st LinkedIn post wasn’t about Personal Branding, Marketing, or Agency Life. Not even the next 10. Honestly, I didn’t even have an idea of what I would be doing on LinkedIn. What the possibilities were, or how people were making money from it. I wanted to be a creator during COVID-19. I started a YouTube channel… but never posted a single video out of fear of judgment and hesitation. I started an Instagram page… but didn’t post more than five posts. Then, I heard Gary Vaynerchuk talk about LinkedIn in a random YouTube video. Having done a small project on it, I decided to write my first post. 5 likes and a few hundred impressions. I wrote 10 more posts on random topics. I was writing for the love of it, hoping to become a creator. One month in, I got my 1st inbound lead (very low-paying, but still!). Then, a 2nd lead after a month. Then, a 3rd after a few months. As a college student, it was decent money. I didn’t even know it was called ghostwriting or personal branding. Sometimes, you just need to start and keep moving. Having everything figured out is a myth. What’s stopping you from taking that first step?

Having a skill isn’t enough. I’ve been writing for 13 years but only monetized it in the last three. Many talented people remain overlooked, while some with less clarity keep rising in the workplace. Harsh? Maybe. But here’s the truth: If you don’t know— - Whom you can help - How you can help them - What results you can drive Monetization will always feel out of reach. You can’t sell to everyone. You shouldn’t sell to everyone!!!
