What you listen to and who you listen to is who you become... Let this post be the one that finally tips you over and finally adjust who you spend time with what podcasts you listen to which accounts you follow .. you need cheerleads and people who want u to win with real talk … ;) And cut the negativity out of your life, unfortunately some around you are hurting and they deploy envy, jealousy, anger, cynicism.. you need to tune that noise out, focus on the positive, optimistic, excited … turn that volume up!

Most of you see yourself as a carbon rock - 🪨 yet most of you are diamond 💎… don’t judge yourself before you’re a finished product - less beating yourself up before you’re 70 years old please! Do me a huge favor and share your journey in the comments!

You're not lazy, you just don't love what you do... Please understand this y’all… you need to fight for the thing you love. The one thing I desperately want for you is the feeling you get when you are able to do what you love, day in and day out. Because when you truly love it … you’ll work every single second for it. You can only go hard if you love what you do. Otherwise, you’ll crash and burn. Of course, so many burn out because: They don’t love it They did it for the clout They did it for the bag They did it for the fame They DIDN’T DO IT FOR THE GAME. When you love the game, it gives you energy, it doesn’t strip it

Too many confused when I speak about patience and think it’s an excuse of non action. I go hard everyday !!!!!!! But I stay calm every week, month, year. See, patience leads to a healthy balance and leads to not burning out and leads to not taking shortcuts. I always say people find what they are looking for, I hope all of you see what the context is around patience and that the context is about hard work and work ethic.

Fear kills growth... Here are 3 ways to overcome fear of failure: 1. Stop worrying about other people's opinions. 2. Give the future more credit than the past. 3. Redefine what it means to "win." LinkedIn - what else would you add to this list?

Unlike some other traits like gratitude and tenacity which were a major part of my DNA growing up, kind candor doesn’t come as naturally to me. In fact, I’m still learning to deploy it in life and business every day. The intent behind the candor is the key for it to be "good." Candor is not an excuse not to be nice…and being nice doesn’t prevent you from being an effective leader. Just like you can be patient and ambitious, or have both great humility and great conviction, you can be both honest and kind. The trick is in finding the right balance.

Do you know most people give with expectation? Wanna know why I love everybody? Because I don't need anything from anybody, and I don't expect anything from anybody. So nobody disappoints me. I don't judge anybody. Of course, I want them to win but more importantly, I don't want anything from them. Let me promise you one way that you can consistently make yourself unhappy...having expectations. You have to understand that the second you start creating expectations, you become vulnerable. #PersonalDevelopment #Culture #Motivation

Huge shout out to the pencils ✏️ and the people on the right .. I respect you … to the people on the left … you’re only fooling yourself and the others who live in fear 😨…. Text me if you “get it” 1-212-931-5731

Don’t let your entire self worth be wrapped in your professional success .. in fact .. get the whole thing into the concept of a “game” you take some heat out of the kitchen and all of sudden it becomes a more sustainable process. We need a new conversation around life, success needs to be grounded in happiness and enjoyment and fulfillment not the accolades or “trophies” you get along the way.

A lot of people start reflecting on their lives when they hit their 40s, they think they’ve already “peaked.” The fact that many of you aren't taking advantage of this opportunity called life because of the insecurities that your parents or your neighborhood gave to you, breaks my heart. For all the 40, 50, 60-year-olds, the math says you're gonna live for the next 40+ years, and today's opportunities are for you too! If you're still passionate and hungry, you don't need to "wrap it up." You're just getting started.

3k

Lean into the positive and reject the negative… Always surround yourself with people who want you to win. If the negative are the ones closest to you, limit your time, you shouldn’t cut out mom or dad or baby sis but 1 chat a week versus 4 times a day is in order … and see if you can communicate to them why, in the reverse, if you find an office friend or a classmate that throws off positivity and cheers for you, up your time together. The who you surround yourself with, will determine a lot ❤️❤️❤️

It's always the middle...find your balance 💜

If you wanna be happy.... and I mean really happy...quit expecting things from everybody else, and start expecting it from yourself! Wake up…you have one life ❤️ Happiness starts with YOU!

Just because yesterday (aka your life up to this point) hasn’t gone the way you’ve wanted it to … doesn’t mean it’s over … too many think they’ve been defined by the age of 25,30,35,40,45,50 .. that’s insanity! There’s a famous saying “You Either Die a Hero or Live Long Enough to See Yourself Become the Villain” .. I find it to be cynical and I see it the other way around … live long enough and you’ll get to your moment … too many are worried about others .. worry about you and how you see you … if you don’t see yourself well today .. well good news, this post can start the process of changing that forever … I love you, I believe in you … now do that for yourself ❣️ Do it for you…too many of you are trying to impress others. #Motivation #Inspiration #entrepreneurship #careers

The reason I've popped is because I'm giving away all my best info for free... I do that because 99% of people don't do anything about it. The punch line is, I'll tell you what to do, I'll tell you how to make content on all platforms that can lead to good things...selling more homes, getting a promotion. I can tell you what to do. The reality is somewhere in my late 20's early 30s I realized people don't do it. Execution.

5k

If you have toxic employees within your organization, you’ll have other employees who are scared to have meetings with them. You’ll have people who are spending time navigating discussions with those employees than actually executing. Your people will be spending time on politics. Not on execution. When you build a culture where people feel safe and excited to come to work, they won’t worry about dealing with other employees as much. When they’re not spending any time worrying, they’re spending time executing. If they don’t have to spend 15 minutes a day bickering or figuring out who’s trying to “ruin” them, they’re free to come up with new ideas and actually do the job they were hired to do.

5k

This is for the leaders and future leaders out there … I hope this really “hits” for some... Too many don’t realize real time and real elimination of fear are at the core of a great culture and a great culture creates great companies... For many of you, you have less than 20 employees… you should be able to ace this .. Share this with someone who owns a business or has a large team 💜❣️

4k

I’m talking day to day… There’s so much testiness and overreaction …we need a deep collective breath and realize the other person involved isn’t against you … please start loving yourself more so you have the capacity to love others more ❤️❣️❤️❣️❤️…we need more humility … the thought that how you see the world is 100% right is laughable … lean into love and humility and find capacity for others !!! ❣️❤️❣️❤️♥️

People don’t get that kindness is the best business strategy. For a while now, I’ve been pushing kindness more heavily than anything else. For me, it’s a crucial part of the legacy I’m building. I want to build big businesses and buy the Jets, but I want to do it by being a good guy. I have zero interest in building the biggest building by tearing other people down. The problem is that some people see kindness as a weakness. They confuse it with being passive or being a pushover. The truth is, people who view kindness as a negative are just insecure themselves. You can only be kind if you feel that you’re coming from a place of leverage. That’s why I see kindness as a massive advantage, not a passive trait — especially if you’re a naturally “tough” person. As I go through my own life, I’m realizing more and more how kindness is such a big part of the equation. It’s not just about sales and negotiation. It’s not just about doing what you love. That’s why It breaks my heart that so many people think “nice guys finish last.”

Always surround yourself with people who support you .. support paired with accountability is always a winning formula ❤️ Tag in the comments someone you believe in ❣️
