A Saturday morning reset...☀️🎧 Clearly I got triggered by a comment on my Tea with GaryVee Show lol .. listen when you watch this please understand the truth here, we need to address our relationship with ourselves .. we need more self love, we need more accountability .. we need to start focusing on what we control! We are so capable yet we have given up our will to outside energies and before I get comments that meditation and ice baths are indeed good, OF COURSE they are but the point I’m making here is we need deep internal perspective work, those things are incredible but they are pieces of the puzzles and the biggest piece is your perspective on the world and your relationship with your inner self and holding YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE 1st! Xoxoxo I love yall, I hope this helps someone today!
Want to grow your Social Media presence? When I make content or when I do it for brands, I do it for the audience, not for me. I'm not making content to get likes for me, I'm not making content to get followers for me, I'm not making content to get sales for me. I'll do that occasionally and I'll ask them. They'll know if I'm asking, but when I make content every day, I'm making it for them. Bring value…BRING THE AUDIENCE VALUE ❤️❤️❤️ do it for them … not for you … you’ll get yours, if you make for them!
Bosses it’s time to wake up .. let’s flip the script 💜💜💜 This is for the leaders and future leaders out there …I hope this really “hits” for some. Too many don’t realize real time and real elimination of fear are at the core of a great culture and a great culture creates great companies. For many of you, you have less than 20 employees… you should be able to ace this. Share this with someone who owns a business or has a large team 💜❣️
One of the greatest mistakes of my investing career was passing on investing in Uber in the angel round twice. I was literally in the room when Uber was invented. And yet I still passed on investing in the angel round ...twice. And part of the reason I invested in the next round was because my brother AJ took the first Uber ride in New York City when the founder of Uber came and asked us to test it. And that was the moment I realized, Uber doesn't sell transportation. Uber sells us time. The reason all this infrastructure matters in an app environment is because it's just seamless, there's less friction. The number one emerging thing in society in value is time... people value time over everything. Which is why convenience and lack of friction win.
Business owners, please pay attention. Now is the time for you to hop on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and any other platform and talk about your business, your story, and why it means something to you. One of the things in social media that I'm most excited about for businesses is something I call "brandformance." 1- Put out as much content as you can across platforms 2- Pay attention to what “hits” organically 3- Take the content that resonates with people, and slightly tweak the copy with a right hook… aka, take it from a brand piece of content to a transactional piece of content 4- Run ads against that post Who's gonna try this?
The number one thing leaders should try to do is make people feel safe around them. When you can eliminate fear from your organization, very good things happen. It’s a leader’s top job to make sure the team under them isn’t scared of them ... Fear is trash ... Love is a better motivator than fear in business.
Stop trying to “play the part”... Start actually living it…once you stop trying to impress everyone, you can focus on impressing yourself ❣️
Actions over everything... We as humans are really good at “talking” aka saying what we are “going” to do, there’s so much opportunity to actually do, I’ve admired and observed so many doers, and I want this community to really consider this point! Share in comments one action you've taken this 2025 ❣️
It’s time to get real I HOPE THIS VIDEO CHANGE SOMEONES LIFE! ❤️ I made this one nice and long so no one is confused … take this “in” .. “you’re in control if you’re undervalued”
I am so so desperate for this to be the post that finally tips you over and gets you to walk away from relationships that aren’t good for you … of course family is different so let’s break that down. #1 if it’s co workers or acquaintances that are tearing you down or bringing negativity.. You need to step away like that smart match did above #2 if it’s family you need to start limited your exposure to them and speaking 1x every few days versus 5x a day, you must limit your exposure to the “dark” & if that isn’t an option, you must go to therapy and if you can’t afford that revert back to the first time …my friends, you must protect your happiness at all costs! ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
It's time we change the conversation...💛 LinkedIn, how about people in here realizing that they have a job that might pay them a little bit more than something else but they hate it, but they're not willing to live in a more humble home or drive a more humble car and so they have a miserable job just to pay for things that they have to impress other people that they don't even like. How about having that conversation? The only hope I have when you look at me is that you try to figure out your version of you that makes you as happy as my version of me makes me. You need to figure out that for you. #entrepreneurship #motivation #personaldevelopment #humanresources
Don’t get me wrong: ideas and thoughts are nice. They’re great. I always say, ‘ideas are nothing, execution is the game.’ And a lot of people get mad at me when I say that because a great idea can be hard to come by. And they’re not wrong. But there are so many great ideas. So many of them. There are way less great executions because execution is hard.
This is the goal - my friends... you didn’t lose, you aren’t a loser, it’s not over … it’s just a hurdle, a misstep, a bump, it sucks but it’s also life … get use to it .. in fact build a nice relationship with adversity .. it’s the best way to be happy ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
