Here's why:

Every dead brand started with the same disease: 
They knew everything about their customers.

   Data beats opinions

   Grace under market pressure

The uncomfortable truth:

Judgment feels safe. 
It confirms what you believe. 
It protects your ego.

Curiosity feels dangerous. 
It might prove you wrong. 
It definitely will.

But here's what Ted knew:

The moment you think you know your customer? 
That's the moment they leave you.
