CoCo AI has officially doubled since we acquired it in Feb.

Nov was our best month by FAR:
- Rev: 105% to target
- Net New logos: 109% to target
- Sent ~1m messages in the month.

Rev Run rate >2x. All while profitable.

It’s slowed down our sales cycle.

Some brands are skittish about betting on the new kids on the block.

Vs. the $7B / 2k employee behemoth.


But it’s also pushing the channel forward.

That's most important.

We aren’t going to win every deal.

But we will beat them on service.

Because let’s be honest.

I need your business more than they do.


I’m not going to put some JR. SDR 2 years out of college on your account.

I was on hims & hers ($11B) for 2 hrs this weekend + didn’t get a single pop-up.

The ”Fashion is tech” biz model is a complete lie.

They shut down their Individual item program.
Marketing spend is flat.
They don’t disclose active customer accounts anymore.

How long are we going to wait while this biz to tread water in a vortex?

I love & really hate this offer from Stitch Fix ($545m).
1) Love: Removes concern, $XX off, + no fee.
2) Hate: TELL ME how much it costs.

If they really wanted to turn this zombie biz around.

Make the offer clear.
- $20 off of $50? (Insane offer)
- $20 off of $200. (Meh)

Customers shouldn’t have to ask questions about what they’re buying.

I’ll bet $100 to anyone on Dr. Squatch’s ($1.5B) CRO team.

3 Insights from ~1m BF + CM WhatsApp messages & 2:30 am wake-ups:
1) Peaks are gone.
2) BFCM is a month.
3) Best Promos weren't Promos. But Events.


1) BF & CM aren't big peaks anymore.
Sunday had almost as many sends as BF.
Thursday & Saturday weren't far behind.


2) Holiday traffic ramp started on October 21st.
Every weekend surged from Halloween -> BFCM.
