What is truly open AI? 

Yesterday I posted about the OpenAI Alcatraz (link in first comment). Anybody who locks into the ChatGPT model for their enterprise is facing massive pain in the future. 

What's the alternative? Having an AI approach that's actually open. 

What does an open AI approach look like? 

Open = 
+ any models and model vendors (we're so early)
+ open source components that can be upgraded, and replaced
+ full control over YOUR data in YOUR datbase in YOUR cloud tenant
+ custom functionality and integrations for YOUR business

In short - open is the AI you control, not one that controls you and your company's future. It's the AI you own, not the AI that owns you.
