Account Executive (Launch Manager)

Bark.com

Bark is a London-based online marketplace that uses technology to simplify the interactions between service providers and buyers in the service marketplace.

In my role at Bark, I redefined our sales process, led the integration of our tech stack with HubSpot, and developed our entire HubSpot CRM environment. I implemented all sales automation processes and managed a 95-member sales team, which greatly contributed to Bark's revenue growth.

Additionally, I oversaw a smaller outbound sales Account Executive team that consistently outperformed their initial monthly target of £60,000. In their first quarter, this team generated over £1.4 million, an average attainment of 155%. I also personally contributed to the company's sales figures, bringing in over £600,000 in May 2023.

My strategic negotiations led to an annual tech stack savings of £100,000, adding further value to the company.

One key accomplishment was the development of new processes, training, and automation that led to doubling Bark's SME market revenue in less than nine months. This initiative significantly accelerated Bark's financial growth and market standing.

Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Nuffield Health

Responsible for leading a team to successfully overachieve on a new business target of £225,000 monthly – target exceeded by 50% three months in a row (over £1,000,000 in new business this quarter in a site open less than a year) while contributing to the growth of company-wide membership EBITDA of £172.9 million. 

Lead site to hit target for the first time since opening within one month in position, then hit goal every single month - brought site from bottom of region to top three in under six months. 

Overachieved on personal sales target by over 100% while leading sales ops and upskilling team.

Reimagined the sales process, increasing site KPI attainment by over 150% compared to past performance.

Introduced new systems increasing prospect conversion rate by 25%, inbound prospects by 100%, and social media following by 100% in under three months.
