In my 14 years as an operator, I have designed, led, and optimized multi-country and multi-continent expansions and roll-outs for high-ticket (50k-1,5 Mio) products and services, in complex markets and sales processes. Most of those companies have been sold or raised additional investments/funding and still thrive today. Successfully shaped and managed markets & companies for complexer B2B, enterprise-focused SaaS companies, .coms, and other, well-funded technology scale-ups, in the most various industries. By definition, I'm a real partner and person of trust to the owners. Someone you can count on to build the company with you on an operational and strategic level. Someone who also matches your drive and passion for the business. Passionate about coaching teams and people toward success, delivering results, and improving processes to perfection. I'm also known for my endurance. My management style and personality have been frequently described as warm and colourful. May also be a little neurodivergent or “different” but with a warm, very extraverted and commercial “front”. I always mean well. I believe in being an open, EQ-driven, and modern leader. When I am not a workaholic, I'm a loving husband (to my amazing wife), a devoted family man, and a collector of modern art and designer furniture. Also really love history, ancient to modern architecture, contemporary and post-modern interior design, and 60's and 70's music. I also like to cook, even more so to eat.
