      The Rise of the Full-Stack Entrepreneur A new career has evolved: Full-Stack Entrepreneur = Full-Stack Developer + Full-Stack Salesman. The moment I created this AI agent with a single prompt, I knew—my wealth had already multiplied at least 10x in the next 12 months. What used to take a tech founder, $10K–$20K, a team of UI/UX designers, copywriters, and six months to validate—now takes just 5 minutes to build and sell. With just three integrations—Google Calendar, LinkedIn API, and Twilio—it's ready to use. Last night, I felt the same anxiety when I first used ChatGPT back in 2021. Now, I'm building multiple AI agents under Elephant Edge | B2B GTM & Sales Accelerator to keep the team lean until we hit a critical revenue goal. To fully automate revenue workflows, we need to solve five major puzzles: 1/ Content Distribution (Top of the funnel) 2/ Generating Demand (Middle) 3/ Converting Sales (Bottom) 4/ Ops (Running multiple sales cohorts seamlessly) 5/ Support (Supporting 100+ in-house sales teams effortlessly) One most confusing thing at this point, should I hire marketers & sales folks or young engineers and train them to build AI agents? As a team of 2-3 member start-up aiming for $250K revenue in 12 months, I see there is need for 10-15 AI agents in these five major categories from content distribution, marketing, sales to customer support. The Economics of AI Agents: If I have to purchase these 10-15 AI agents from providers, my cost would be $2,400 yearly subscriptions (Consider $20/month/agent).         Elephant Edge Q1 Update: Our Journey to $250K Let me give you an update on how Elephant Edge | B2B GTM & Sales Accelerator is doing as we approach the end of Q1. Our Journey So Far After the Hyperly acquisition in December, I finally turned Elephant Edge from a side project into a full-time business. People have always seen huge value when I set up their sales operating systems, so it felt like the right time to go all-in. Two big challenges I always face when starting a business: 1/ Finding a business partner and building a team 2/ Securing good financial runway so I can play the long game I pitched this idea to a good friend on December 31st, 2024. He's super passionate about GTM & B2B sales and has experience building similar businesses. He was interested right away! Together, we set a goal to hit $250K revenue this year. Progress So Far (75 Days In) 1/ We launched our first Cohort last week (Revenue has started coming in!) 2/ Our AI SDR agent is performing incredibly, feeding 1-2 leads daily. We've accumulated 120+ leads in our Hubspot CRM (90% leads from LinkedIn sales funnels + 10% from email markering) 3/ We've established several long-term partnerships to conduct in-person B2B Sales workshops 4/ We're setting up webinars & online workshops so US-based sales leaders can run sessions for our founders 5/ I happened to give a talk at an MBA college and recruited 5 interns (still to be onboarded) Q2/Q3 Plans 1/ Stabilize Ops 2/ Travel to the US to provide hands-on support to our early clients, helping them crack their initial sales As a solopreneur or small team, tracking these details while keeping an eye on revenue targets can be challenging. I truly believe 2025-2030 is the era of One-Person Billion-Dollar Businesses, and I can feel it strongly. We have 290 days left in the year. How are things with you guys?           The Next $100m Market: AI Video Content Creation (2026-2027) Last year, I noticed Personal Branding on LinkedIn was growing fast. Users posting daily were spending $500-$2000 monthly on marketing agencies. I had a hypothesis: What if we created AI tools specifically for LinkedIn content creation? We built Hyperly AI to solve this exact problem. Result? 650 customers in just 6 months, followed by a successful acquisition. Users were happy to pay $39-$99/month (vs $500-$2000) for: 1. Content ideation 2. Strategy development 3. Post creation 4. Publishing automation 5. Engagement User is willing to pay for the outcome if the tool delivers: 300 quality LinkedIn posts yearly (With less efforts) Investment: ~$600 annually Now I'm seeing the EXACT SAME PATTERN with video content. In 2025, these same users are spending $500-$2000/month for just 10-20 videos from freelance videographers. (minimum $6,000/year) This market will be completely disrupted by AI video creation tools in 2026-2027. Why am I so excited? Video content works universally across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp. The reach potential is exponential. This creates additional opportunities for content repurposing tools (I hear Taplio's founder is already moving in this direction). A 21-year-old founder with coding skills could become a millionaire by executing well in this space. The user segments ready for disruption are MASSIVE: 1/ Content creators battling high costs and time limits 2/ Influencers scaling across multiple platforms 3/ Marketing agencies serving more clients with less 4/ Solopreneurs without video production budgets 5/ Small businesses competing with bigger brands 6/ B2B teams needing scalable video content 7/ Sales pros personalizing video outreach Each segment represents a multi-million dollar opportunity on its own! And we've only touched B2C users so far. The B2B marketing team opportunity? Absolutely massive with ticket sizes ranging from $50k to $250K on yearly contacts.           💰 2025'S $1M AI AGENT OPPORTUNITY: The Simple, Scalable Solution SMBs & Solopreneurs Are Desperate For​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.. Last year, simple LinkedIn outreach tools solved lead generation for small businesses and hit million-dollar revenues quickly. But now I'm seeing a critical gap in the market... These same businesses who used LinkedIn automation tools now have their CRMs and Excel sheets overflowing with leads that are quickly going cold!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ In the last 3 months, I've helped several businesses set up Linkedin Sales funnels to get leads from LinkedIn. I noticed something: ✅ Getting new leads problem is solved ❌ But their CRM is getting filled too fast and keeping in touch with those leads becomes a new problem. (They don't have a sales person yet) This means there's a BIG CHANCE for founders to build AI agents that work with customer lists.           The Two Types of People in Our World I've observed countless individuals throughout my life, from childhood playmates to business partners. After decades of watching human behavior—what I'd consider my 10,000 hours of expertise—I've discovered something remarkable: there are fundamentally just two personality types that govern how we move through the world. Everyone you've ever met fits into one of these two categories. Your spouse. Your children. Your colleagues. Even you. The fascinating part? You already know one personality intimately—your own. It's the lens through which you view everything. But understanding the other type is where true wisdom begins. Look around at the successful relationships in your life. That marriage that's lasted decades? I'd wager one partner embodies each type. That business partnership that thrives year after year? Same pattern. Even within families, siblings often divide along these personality lines, creating a natural balance. Think about how these personalities might explain the puzzling behaviors you've observed: Why does your spouse organize the kitchen completely differently than you would? Why does your best friend approach risk in ways that seem foreign to you? Why do some colleagues thrive in situations that make you uncomfortable? I've resisted sharing this framework for years, though I've used it privately to navigate my own relationships. From my residential school days where I had no choice but to form new connections, to my current family and business relationships—this understanding has transformed everything. I won't reveal the two types just yet.           Trying to understand the demand for Sales Proposal AI Agent! (Has anyone built a simple AI agent?) How many sales proposals do you send each month? 10? 20? 30? 50+? In February, I've given about 12 proposals (for just 2 offerings). I used to spend 45-60 minutes on each sales proposal, but I've reduced that to 20 minutes using ChatGPT. As our business Elephant Edge | B2B GTM & Sales Accelerator continues to grow, I'm looking at delivering 80-100 proposals monthly. And I like each one to be as personalized as possible. I believe with the right process and training, we could bring proposal creation time down to under 5 minutes while maintaining quality.             3 Things You Must Know Before Entering a Sales Call (If your intention is to let the customer choose you consciously) This content is exclusively for beginners getting into Sales, Tech Sales. Only 3 things matter to you before you get into a call: 1/ Your customer's destination (Point B) Where do they want to go? What's their goal? 2. Quantify the effort required to reach the destination Measure what it takes to get from their current state (Point A) to where they want to be (Point B):   - Time   - Money   - Resources   - Talent   - Urgency When you quantify their problem (or their traditional way to reach Point B), 80% of your job is done. Then it's just about communication. 3. What's your delivery vehicle? It doesn't need to be totally different. You just need to show the customer how you're going to take them from Point A to Point B. Most "rabbit catchers" with high energy and enthusiasm focus too much on talking about their delivery vehicle instead of the customer's destination. "Elephant catchers," on the other hand, act with strategy and clear communication. Be the Elephant Catcher.                 My Speaking Story Ten years ago, I walked into a room by accident. It was full of people who were practicing how to give speeches. This group was called Toastmasters. I really liked what I saw! At first, talking in front of people was super hard. When someone would call me up to speak, I would get so nervous! Sometimes I couldn't even remember what I wanted to say. It used be very frustrating. But that Kept going and going till today.. Now, I've given more than 50 talks! I talk about starting businesses and how to sell things to other businesses. Lots of different people come to hear me talk - people who own businesses and MBA students who want to learn. Every time I speak, I practice using good words and moving my body in ways that help people understand me better. It's like learning a sport - you have to practice a lot! I put myself on stage every time I get an opportunity and don't mind failing because someday I might get to talk to 10,000 people at a really big event! I want to be super ready when that happens.
