In today's busy world, it's no surprise that getting leads to show up for sales meetings has become harder than ever. Even if you have the best product and solution for your target market, and have the funding to accelerate growth but can’t figure out how to:
 * Generate high-intent sales leads * Generate demand and brand awareness in your market * Turn your marketing efforts into sales pipelines … then you’ll never be able to hit your sales targets and scale your revenue growth. Do you know how successful B2B tech companies overcome this challenge? They move from “Lead Generation” tactics to Demand Generation methods. However, there’s a catch… Demand generation is complex. No one teaches how to actually do it or outlines a clear strategy or a framework. Except for some really cool podcasts and thought leaders that talk about parts of their demand generation success, it's very hard to find someone who can actually help you. With the right demand generation operation, tech companies can increase marketing contribution to revenue, reduce speed to close and customer acquisition cost, and become an essential part of company growth.  I’m more than convinced that our demand generation strategy, operation framework, practical playbooks, and super talented and experienced team, can help you Step Up your marketing game. I can also share with you that companies like WalkMe, Syngenta, Okta, Monogoto and others have adopted our demand generation strategy to impact their revenue. How do we do it? We are solving the 3 main frictions in B2B marketing: 1. Bad Messaging - B2B buyers hate generalization. They want personalized content and offers that can solve their specific pains. We help find the right messages, content strategies, and offers to engage and increase conversions. 2. Bad Funnels - B2B sales cycles are long and complex. We help create the ideal buyer's journeys with enough touchpoints that make the buyer understand why you are their best solution. 3. Bad Execution: We have proven playbooks, templates, and frameworks that are executed by some of the most experienced and talented marketers in Israel. This makes me convinced we can help you, and because I appreciate your valuable time, I’ll make you this promise: If you think our strategy and framework are not good enough for you and your company - I’LL GLADLY PAY YOU $100 for your time wasted! And we'll still be friends. What say you? Talk soon,
 Moshe.

I've been practicing yoga for a year—here's what I've learned! [Watch this amazing yoga video] A year ago: I couldn't reach past my knees. My body was rigid. My thinking was fixed. My challenges felt overwhelming. Today: I'm doing poses I never imagined possible. Yoga didn't just transform my body. It rewired my approach to everything. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: Most people fail not from lack of ability. But from a lack of flexibility. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀: 1️⃣ 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 Not hundreds. THOUSANDS. Same pose. Same focus. Same discipline. Don't switch channels weekly. Don't change strategy monthly. Master ONE thing first. 2️⃣ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 My first yoga class? Embarrassing. I couldn't touch my toes. I couldn't hold a pose. I wanted to quit immediately. Sound familiar? - First LinkedIn post gets no engagement - First campaign shows no results - First product launch underperforms Just like yoga, success happens AFTER you start, not before. 3️⃣ 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘁. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝘁. 𝗞𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝘁. "I'll do yoga when I have time" = never happening "I'll do yoga Tuesday 6-7 am" = transformation Same with your: → Content creation → Customer outreach → Team development → Strategy reviews 4️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 The person next to me in yoga class could bend like a pretzel. I couldn't touch my knees. Looking sideways ruins your balance. In business and life. Your only competition? Yesterday's version of you. 5️⃣ 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗹𝗲 Not born flexible? Neither was I. Not born adaptable? Neither is anyone. Flexibility - physical and mental - is trained. It's built through: → Small stretches beyond comfort → Consistent pressure at the edges → Recovery and reflection After a year of yoga, I can now do poses I once thought impossible. My body is flexible, but more importantly, my mind is too. I approach problems differently - with patience, persistence, and adaptability. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁: □ Are you practicing ONE thing consistently? □ Have you started before feeling "ready"? □ Is your practice time protected? □ Are you competing only with yourself? □ Are you deliberately training flexibility? Remember: In yoga and business, The stiffest tree is the first to break in a storm. The flexible reed bends but never breaks. ---- ❤️ 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬. ♻️ 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. 🔔 Follow me for more helpful and entertaining videos to improve your go-to-market approach. 🤟

Your cold outreach is fake. Even if you use AI personalizations. [There is a fix] [Watch this royal horse guard] The horse knows. Fake attention? Pushes away. Real care? Shows love. Stop trying to be everything. Be uniquely different. [Glass Artist Shows Why] 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭: Takes broken glass. Uses a simple hammer. Creates stunning art. But here's what matters: - He's not trying to show everything. - He's mastering one specific technique. - Making it impossible to ignore. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐘-𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐆𝐄 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐏: You had some early wins. Friends bought your product. Network trusted your solution. Now you're stuck. Why? Because cold audiences need more. They need clarity, not options. I see this pattern daily: - Trying to sell to everyone - Afraid to narrow down - Hoping something sticks - Burning budget fast Here's the framework that changes everything: 𝟭. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 This isn't just about ICP. It's about finding the segment that: → Moves fast → Gets quick value → Has urgent pain → Can afford you now 𝟮. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀 Stop listing all features. Find your top 3: → What truly impresses? → What solves urgent pain? → What makes you unique? Everything else is noise. 𝟯. 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 This is gold: → Where do competitors fail? → What makes customers angry? → Where's the biggest gap? That's your opportunity. Real example: SaaS company struggling to scale Applied this framework Found hidden differentiator Leads increased 4x 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭: □ Specific segment identified? □ Top 3 features clear? □ Competitor gaps mapped? □ Message tested? 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤'𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: - Take your pitch. - Keep only your top 3 differentiators. - Test it on cold leads. Remember: Like that glass artist, Your power isn't in doing everything. It's in doing one thing impossibly well. P.S. The most successful B2Bs I've worked with? They all started scaling after they narrowed down. Not before. (Video: Dondré T. Marketing is your backflip moment. Don't start it without a clear process. [Watch this backflip training video] Look at that trainer. Breaking down a complex move. Step by step. Safety first. Clear progression. Consistent practice. Your marketing needs the same approach. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁: → Sales follow clear pipeline stages → Support has defined ticket processes → Product has structured roadmaps → Marketing? Often, chaos disguised as creativity Last month, I walked into a strategy session with a B2B company struggling with marketing results. Their approach? "Try everything and see what sticks." They ran LinkedIn, email, content, events, webinars, and podcasts. All simultaneously, all without process, all without clear measurement. It was like watching someone attempt a backflip without any mattress to support their fall. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁: Unlike other departments, marketing juggles: → Audience psychology → Compelling copywriting → Technical implementation → Channel expertise → Data analysis → Cross-functional alignment It's not just about doing the work. It's about doing the right work, in the right order. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗽 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: 1️⃣ 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Just like that foam mat: → Deep audience understanding → Clear ICP documentation → Full-funnel tracking infrastructure → Proper measurement tools 2️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 Before advanced tricks: → Consistent messaging architecture → Core content frameworks → Channel fundamentals → Basic conversion paths 3️⃣ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 Systematic advancement: → One channel mastered at a time → Clear process documentation → Regular practice and refinement → Safety nets for experimentation 4️⃣ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 When fundamentals are solid: → Channel integration → Advanced automation → Complex campaigns → Full-funnel orchestration I worked with a SaaS company last year that was frustrated with their "broken marketing." They'd hired three agencies, tried five platforms, and couldn't understand why nothing scaled. The problem became clear when I asked about their process: they didn't have one. We took three steps back, built proper foundations, mastered basic movements, and created clear processes. Six months later, their pipeline was predictable and growing. Remember: No one lands a backflip on their first try. And no one builds great marketing without process. ---- ❤️ 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬. ♻️ 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤. 🔔 Follow me for more helpful and entertaining videos to improve your go-to-market approach. 🤟

Messaging is an art. So treat yours like this artisan. [Watch this ring artisan] Every move is precise. Every detail matters. Creating magic, not mass production. Just like your marketing should be. Your buyers don't want more content. They want conversations made for them. Think about it: When was the last time you replied to a mass email? When was the last time you engaged with generic content? When was the last time you felt a message was truly meant for you? This is where crafted marketing wins. Here's how to shift from mass to craft: 1️⃣ 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 Like a jeweler knowing exactly what makes each stone unique, you need to understand what keeps your buyers up at night. Not just their problems - their exact situations, their specific frustrations, their trigger moments. 2️⃣ 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 Every piece of content, every message, every touchpoint should feel like it was 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦. Use their language. Mirror their experiences. Share stories they recognize themselves in. 3️⃣ 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 Just like setting a diamond requires the right moment and touch, timing is everything in B2B. Look for 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐬. Reach out when it matters. Start conversations that feel natural. I've seen this work repeatedly: A client switched from mass outreach to crafted conversations. Their messages dropped from 1000 to 100, but their meetings increased from 2 to 8. The same effort, better results. 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞: 1. Pick one buyer persona 2. List their exact pains 3. Craft content just for them Remember: Every detail matters. Every moment counts. Every connection is crafted. That's your B2B differentiation hiding: Not in what you make, But in how you make it. Why are you rushing your GTM? And destroying your startup? [Watch this parquet floor disaster] He ruined his entire house. Not from lack of effort. From lack of planning. Sound familiar? It should. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: 90% of B2B startups never reach the growth stage. Not because they weren't fast enough. Because they ran in the wrong direction. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗼: - Rush GTM based on gut feeling - Launch before the strategy is clear - Pivot before learning real lessons - Blame the market when things fail Last month, I watched a founder pitch their new pivot. "Our last approach didn't work, so we're trying something completely different." When I asked what data informed the change, he stared blankly. "We just know it wasn't working." They had spent $220K on a GTM approach they abandoned without understanding why it failed. Now they were about to waste another $200K making new mistakes. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: 1️⃣ 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗨𝗽 Before execution: → Define your ICP with brutal precision → Map their exact buying process → Document specific pain points → Build measurement infrastructure → Set clear success/failure metrics 2️⃣ 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗹𝘆 Small experiments with: → Controlled variables → Sufficient sample size → Full-funnel tracking → Clear hypotheses → Documented learnings 3️⃣ 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀, 𝗙𝗶𝘅 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 When data confirms: → Double down on working channels → Fix broken conversion points → Document success patterns → THEN increase speed and budget → Keep measuring relentlessly Two years ago, I worked with a B2B SaaS company that was ready to launch its new platform. The founder was impatient: "We need to get to market NOW." I convinced them to spend six weeks on methodical planning and micro-tests before the full launch. They were frustrated but agreed. Those six weeks revealed their messaging resonated with a completely different segment than expected. They adjusted, launched to the right audience, and hit 127% of their growth target. That "wasted" planning time? It saved them from a failed launch. 𝗠𝘆 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻: Speed in the wrong direction just means you fail faster. But speed with proper planning? Unstoppable. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁: □ Have you documented your ICP? □ Do you understand The buying process? □ Have you built proper infrastructure? □ Are you testing one variable at a time? □ Do you have clear criteria for scaling vs. pivoting? Fancy marketing moves. Zero pipeline on the board. [Watch this NBA funny video] Spin moves. Crossovers. Behind-the-back passes. Nice moves. Ball doesn't go in. Game still lost. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵: Your marketing department creates "nice things" that impress everyone except your actual customers. I just left a meeting with a B2B startup that spent $150,000 on: → Website redesign with custom animations → Brand refresh with fancy new logo → Marketing automation tech stack → Interactive product demos → AI-powered content engine Their pipeline? Empty. Their bank account? Draining fast. When I asked why prospects weren't buying, they had no idea. They'd been so busy making "nice marketing" they never bothered to understand if their audience actually cared about any of it. Turns out, they didn't. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺: You don't understand your audience well enough. You don't have a clear go-to-market strategy. You're using tools as substitutes for understanding. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀-𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸: 1️⃣ 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻, 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 Start by understanding: → What keeps your buyers awake at night? → What problems cost them money/time/opportunity? → What have they tried that failed them? → What would they pay almost anything to solve? Everything you build should directly address these answers. 2️⃣ 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 Your marketing should be: → So clear a new employee could explain it → So direct it feels almost too simple → So focused it might seem boring to you → So targeted it speaks to specific pains 3️⃣ 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 Ignore vanity metrics: → Website traffic without conversions → Social followers without engagement → Content views without action → Brand awareness without sales Focus only on: → Qualified leads generated → Sales meetings booked → Pipeline created → Deals closed 𝗠𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: I built a 7-figure real estate business with one landing page and $200/month in ads. No fancy website. No elaborate marketing. Just laser-focused messaging on a massive pain point with a clear solution. While competitors built beautiful brands that got compliments, I built a business that got customers. The page wasn't pretty. The copy wasn't clever. But it spoke directly to what kept my prospects awake at 3am, and offered a clear path to solving it. That's all that mattered. Remember: All those fancy marketing moves might look impressive. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞'𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐩: 1️⃣ 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐩 - Big painful problem - Impossible expectations - Current frustrations - Market limitations 2️⃣ 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭 - Simple solution - Fast implementation - Easy adoption - Instant results 3️⃣ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜 - Real examples - Clear numbers - Fast wins - Happy clients 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: "This used to take weeks" "We tried everything before" "I can't believe how simple it is" "Why didn't we find you sooner?" 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁: □ Pain points mapped? □ Contrast clear? □ Solution simple? □ Results proven? Your challenge: 1. List your biggest feature 2. Find the gap it closes 3. Show the contrast Remember: The biggest impression comes from the gap between what seems possible and what you deliver. Stop talking tech. Start showing contrast.
