Establish expertise
↳ You don’t need to know everything, but your team should trust your abilities.
 
Demonstrate integrity and fairness
↳ Treat everyone fairly and provide growth opportunities to the entire team.
 
4. BE LOYAL
 
Show loyalty at all times
↳ Support your team both in their presence and behind their backs.
 
Serve selflessly
↳ Make your team feel appreciated by serving them selflessly.
 
Support through hardships
↳ Stand by your team during tough times. Offer support through losses and challenges.
