In summer 2023 I was going nuts. I was trying to organize my team's social selling efforts on Linkedin. It was a mess. So I decided to fix it. Now we are building the fastest growing Social Selling platform for B2B teams. It helps them grow their network, their reach and visibility and harvest those networks into constant deal flow. Oh and yes, it connects your team's Linkedin activity with Slack, Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, your CRM and a ton of other tools.

Linkedin, I need your help! Last year I spoke with someone who is (or was) building a website visitor identification tool with very high accuracy. I think he competes against Leadfeeder, Snitcher, RB2B, Vector - these type of services and I think he was based in Asia. Any idea who that is? I am going through all of my calendar entries and Linkedin messages and I am going nuts trying to find him again....

Ich will keine Konjunktive. Keine „Was wäre, wenn“.
great opportunity - work with the best people out there.

After growing by 83% YoY and 7-figure ARR Gilbert told me "We have a BIG problem with customer success soon". The 2 changes to fix them. HIRING and Waitlist for new clients BACKGROUND 1 month ago Gilbert Kralinger DM me on Slack: "We need to talk. You can't just keep closing 100k a month. We need to change something NOW. Otherwise, we never make it to 200k a month." So I did what every good sales leader would do. I closed more. Well, I wish I could. But the opposite is true. I started to put prospects on a waitlist. We can't accept new clients right now. However, the goal of Enablement is not to be a lifestyle business for me and Gilbert to take home a lot of money and chill in Dubai. The goal of Enablement.ch is change. We fundamentally believe that the old predictable revenue model is broken. 95% of SDRs are wasting their time with soulless grunt work. And we're here to change that. To change how companies go to market. - Cost efficient (so bootstrapping remains an option) - Meaningful (instead of building list in SalesNav) - Effective (combining in&outbound -> Allbound) For that, we need help. Specifically, we need an absolute A-Player who: -> speaks German -> has no-code automation skills -> has marketing/sales know-how and who wants to be among the Top 1% in the AI & GTM Space. Which is why we're hiring a GTME (Growth Marketer +RevOps Expert) to help our clients build the most insane GTM Allbound Engines with AI. UPSIDES: 🤝 Work with the top B2B Start & Scale-ups 🤖 Use & build with the latest AI Tools 🎓 1:1 coaching by Gilbert & me 📍100% remote & fulltime 💰 OTE: 100k-120k Yes, our employees can make more than most lead-gen agency owners. However, it's not all roses & sunshine DOWNSIDES: 1. Change is the only constant GTM is changing every week. New tools, new AI models. We have to be on top of all of it, and this requires us to adapt all the time 2. Rocketship not smooth sailing We're growing fast and sometimes things break. It's going to be a ride, not a smooth sailing trip on a calm Sunday afternoon. 3. Not a family We're not like a family. We're like a sports team playing for the championship. Radical Candor, getting the best out of everyone. HOW TO APPLY: 1. Go to my profile / check the link in the comment 2. Read the Job description 3. Send 2min Loom video Please do me a favour. Like+comment for reach or tag someone you know who might be a good fit.
No, it wasn't Adolf. On this day, 80 years ago, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a evangelical priest, was dragged out of his dark, cold, humid cell. They dragged him, beat him and then executed him. - You will hear and read that the execution happened because Adolf Hitler ordered it. That's not true. He was executed because of stupidity. Yes, Adolf ordered it. But Bonhoeffer wasn't a celebrity. It is unlikely that Hitler even knew who he was. Let alone had time to think about Bonhoeffer. It was April 1945. Berlin was practically surrounded. The German air force was no longer operating. Hitler and his cronies had retreated to their bunker in the center of berlin for the final stand-off. Bonhoeffer was in the Flossenbrüg concentration camp. Some 500km away. Already cut off from Berlin by the advancing front lines. Hitler's order could simply have been dragged out. Ignored. Lost. It didn't matter anymore - Merely four weeks later Germany would collapse. They dragged him out of his cell, tortured and killed him, not because the Führer ordered it. They did it because they wanted to follow their leader to the end. Against all rational. Against all facts. Against all humanity. Out of stupidity. Not intellectual stupidity. Out of moral stupidity. And it's this very Dietrich Bonhoeffer who explains it like no one else. Watch this, if you have a racist uncle, an angry neighbor or a raging colleague, who is willing to follow his leader to the end. You will understand better what's happening to them. Explained by someone who is warning us.
Burning tons of fossil fuels, blasting out metric f*cktons of CO2, just to have dinner in the sky. And then parading this around on social media as if it weren't shameful. I have no words. Do you have any left?

✈️ Last night, we took off on a fun 70s-inspired flight at Carry On in Phoenix with an inspiring group of revenue leaders! The ✨first class vibes✨ were in full swing with retro cocktails, vintage snacks, and plenty of great conversations! Guests received custom passports, complete with stops in Mexico City and the final destination: Revcity. Thanks to everyone who joined us for a fantastic evening of networking, laughs, and high-flying fun after an exciting first day of #ForrB2BSummit!
I said so two years ago. Why? Because we actually have the data to prove stuff. But I guess, now that Richard van der Blom says it, it's kinda official 😜 Commenting on accounts with high reach is the number one driver for profile visits. By far. Like 25x far. Go write good comments. Not AI nonsense. Real conversations.

The 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 overlooked LinkedIn feature for exploding your reach? Not posting. Not DMs. Not engagement pods. It’s commenting. On other people’s posts. And yes, it’s finally getting the algorithm love it deserves. Let me hit you with a fresh stat: On average, a good comment gets 15x more impressions than when you comment on your own post. A good comment needs 10x less engagement to reach the same number of impressions (don't believe me? Check the visual) The comment: 37 engagements for 21,715 impressions The post: 433 engagements for 20,761 impressions But wait! Not all comments are created equal. Here’s what actually works (based on our research into 1.8M+ posts 👀): ✅ 20+ words ✅ Add real insight or value ✅ Bonus points for storytelling ✅ written by you and not Bob the Robot And what kills your reach? ❌ Sneaking in a link (yep, that’s 2 extra clicks = dead on arrival) ❌ Dropping a question (AI formatting) ❌ AI-generated fluff ❌ "Great Post" Now ask yourself: How many of your last 5 comments were actually worth reading? 🔥 Our full breakdown on what drives reach in 2025 drops April 28: 5 years of research. 1.8 million posts. One report converted in a complete Playbook (power LinkedIn course) that will change how you use LinkedIn. Until then—stop scrolling. Start commenting with intent. Interesting data just came in via G2 (h/t to my buddy Jonathan Moss for catching this one). Of course this was bound to happen: More and more B2B decision maker ask ChatGPT to create a short list of vendors who can solve a particular problem. Soon, if you are not on that short list you are not on the radar - so the question is: How do we teach AI to know what we do and which problems we solve. Ideally I would even want AI to NOT MENTION us in short lists for companies that are not our ICP. What do you do, to teach AI about what you do and for who?
#kyiv
