Pausing your job search every time you get an interview? Thatโ€™s how momentum dies. And how people end up back at square one. I spoke with a startup job seeker yesterday. She said... โ€œI was interviewing for 3 roles. One paused hiring. One chose someone else. And now Iโ€™m justโ€ฆ stuck.โ€ Sheโ€™s not alone. This happens ALL THE TIME. โœ… People prep for interviews (awesome!) ๐Ÿšซ But they pause everything else (networking, outreach, sourcing roles) So if those roles fizzle out... For each one identify the relevant people to contact. Add them to your calendar as recurring events. No more forgetting to check or starting from scratch each week. 5๏ธโƒฃ Time-block your system You've done the heavy lifting. How to get in touch with literally anyone. Even if youโ€™re starting from zero. I listened to a podcast with Tim Ferriss' first employee. A few weeks later, we were chatting on Zoom. The more attention you get, the more credible you are. But this isn't mindless attention.
