Darrell Alfonso ran a great poll on the 'source of truth' Data warehouse + CDP at 43% is nearly the same level as CRM. 4 years ago it wasn't close at all. This is our big thesis at Inflection, that the source of truth is migrating from CRM to Data warehouse + CDP. Where will it be in 4 years from now?

I first pitched Alicia when she was at Mural (as an Inflection prospect), fast forward 4 years, we've come full circle and she is now working with Mural to help them drive revenue with Inflection. Just got back from PLGTM and MOPs Spring Fling. It was amazing to host 450+ people in SF over 2 days. Such a great community and so many great learnings. The conversations at the Executive Summit were worth it alone. Below are some key takeaways from the conference. 1) Many companies are investing as much in Generative Engine Optimization as SEO. 2) "Intelligence transformation" is real. Execs are spending much more time and resources on training and internal change management for the AI era than they are on AI related tools. 3) The legacy players are way behind and out of touch. With possibly Salesforce as the exception. People generally seem optimistic about Agent Force. 4) DW (instead of CRM) is officially the data center of gravity and source of truth. 5) So many great Inflection shoutouts from top brands, really honored to see that.
