My time in broadcasting was during the height of local television and commercial production. On January 28th, 1999 while on a flight to Nashville, I died… and it may have been the greatest thing that ever happened to me.  

For over 30 years, I’ve worked as a television, video and entertainment director with celebrities such as the Black Eyed Peas, Gwen Stefani, Maroon 5, Kenny Chesney, Mark Burnett (Survivor, The Voice, Shark Tank), world leaders and global brands.

ARE YOU USING THE GOLDEN RULE… OR THE PLATINUM RULE? 

Most of us grew up with the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

WHY YOUR S.M.A.R.T. GOALS KEEP FALLING SHORT

For decades now leadership gurus have promoted the SMART goal model…

ARE YOU BETTING ON YOU?

A close friend of mine carried a dream for years: to open his own restaurant.

He worked for multiple restaurants, studying what worked, what failed, and what truly created an unforgettable customer experience.

Quietly, patiently, he was building his philosophy—his playbook.

Then one day, opportunity knocked.

A national restaurant chain had collapsed in a prime location and the bank was left with an empty building… and a big problem.
