But many studies suggest technology works best when it complements human effort, not when it replaces it. According to recent Gallup data, the majority of employees are excited about the potential of AI: ✅ 66% feel somewhat or extremely positive about how AI could impact their work ❌ But 67% never use AI in their current roles 🏢 Only 33% say their organization has begun integrating AI tools There's a clear gap between expectation and implementation.
