Hey there! I'm L2. Really. It's what everyone calls me. Just go with it. I'm a lot of things. I am a digital health strategist, mental health advocate and women’s cheerleader who uses the LInkedIn Box every day to talk about what I know, how I’ve gotten to where I am, and how others can do things better than what I did. I run a digital health and Telehealth consulting company with a focus on increasing access to quality care, reaching out to the disenfranchised and improving care operations. I ran mental health and medication-assisted treatment clinics for 10 years, where our programs reduced time to care from weeks to hours, implemented new technologies that were unheard of at the time (Telehealth, what?) and focused on serving the human and not the red tape. I didn’t realize it at the time, but it was run very much like a start up, and that allowed me to make quick decisions and choose what was right over what was typical. As a result, our outcomes soared. Eventually, I made the jump from the clinical world to the SaaS software world. Can you imagine? A clinical person in software? But I quickly realized that that was what software needed. The tools needed to be informed by someone who understood the clinician and the patients, and who could help design solutions that made sense for that actual user, not just any user. I ran everything from contract execution through the life of the agreement, and I built every team that I ran from the ground up. Now, I consult with digital health companies across the globe to define strategy, go to market, target customers, implementation and more.
