I knew staying one more day at a job I didn’t love meant I didn’t actually believe in myself. I said I did. I wanted to. But I wasn’t backing it up with full action. Even though I was helping people in my job. Even though it was “comfortable.” Even though it looked like success from the outside. I had to face the truth 👉 The job wasn’t the problem. 👉 The benefits weren’t the thing holding me back. 👉 My OWN DOUBT that I was capable of more was. And the moment I realized that… I couldn’t unsee it. It was time to leave. Not just for the dream. But to stop betraying my own belief in who I really am. This one’s for anyone who knows they’re meant for more but keeps finding reasons to stay in the safe zone. 🫶 You’ll come up with reasons at every stage of your life for why not. But they’re excuses that are keeping you trapped. You’re not crazy. You’re just waking up. And that’s the moment everything starts to shift. 🚪✨
Most people don’t change. They just live the same couple of months on repeat and call it a life. Same conversations. Same complaints. Same weekend plans. Same job they secretly hate. Same version of themselves, over and over. They’re not bad people. They’re just afraid. Afraid of making a move that might shake the snow globe. Afraid of failing. Afraid of being seen trying something new and not having it all figured out. Afraid of what others will say. Afraid of the unknown. But here’s the truth that might make some people uncomfortable: If you want a different outcome, you have to be willing to live a different story. Growth doesn’t happen on autopilot. It happens in the moments when everything feels uncertain… but you show up anyway. If something in your life feels stale, stuck, or quietly suffocating, this is your sign to do something about it. Unfollow the path. Take the leap. Let life get uncomfortable for a while. Because your future self is on the other side of the version of you who stopped settling. 🔥
Starting life over in my 30s. We get to choose our hard. The hard of chasing our dreams with all of our might, self belief, and determination or the hard of living with the truth that we didn’t fully believe in ourself enough to even try.. We get one shot in this life. Don’t give up on your dream. I started rebuilding my life in my 30s and I wished I had started sooner when I realized the truth of what I was doing to myself and the effect it has on the people I loved by not living from my heart. Follow my fulfilled journey on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. I want to show you that anything is possible when you truly believe in yourself. You can check out the full video on my YouTube.
These were 3 things I used to have the hardest time saying… But once I could say them from my body without the shame, something shifted. I started feeling like I was leading from real honest inner power, not performance. 1️⃣ “I don’t know.” I used to avoid this like the plague. It made me feel like I wasn’t smart enough, prepared enough, good enough. But now, I realize this phrase is what opens the door to truth. To learning. To curiosity. The most confident leaders I know say this without flinching because they trust that they know exactly how to eventually figure out the answer. 2️⃣ “I don’t think this is in alignment anymore.” This one’s heavy. Saying this has ended partnerships, projects, even long-time friendships for me. But it’s also what created space for the most aligned, beautiful things to enter my life. Alignment isn’t a luxury, it’s the standard now. You’ll feel that cost wearing you down and it can lead to you steering your ship onto the rocks if you don’t detach from a direction thats not aligned. 3️⃣ Worcestershire sauce. I was saying this the wrong way for 20 years confidently. And honestly, I’ve made peace with that. 😂 Here’s the truth: If you can’t say 1 and 2 without explaining yourself, you’re still trying to be understood instead of being self-honest. That’s where I used to live. Always trying to soften the truth, trying to prove I’m “reasonable,” trying to avoid being the bad guy. But the moment I started just owning what was true for me, without needing to be seen a certain way… That’s when I started feeling free again. That’s when I started leading again. You don’t have to know it all. You don’t have to stay in what’s misaligned. You don’t have to pronounce Worcestershire. 😅 But you do have to choose yourself. What’s calling out to you from deep in your heart & soul. Every time. I’m currently accepting a new group of visionaries that want to go from stuck to unstoppable in 60 days. If you’re in a corporate 9 to 5 but feel called to create a better world, do more meaningful work, & feel deeply fulfilled, yet no matter how hard you try, you can’t seem to get there on your own, my programs are made for you. You keep climbing the ladder, knowing it’s leaned against the wrong wall. For me, it wasn’t even conscious at first. But I knew deep down just like you do. I followed what my family, school, and society told me was “success.” So much so that I never stopped to ask if I actually wanted it. I assumed the path was right because it was the one everyone celebrated. So I kept climbing. I worked hard. I chased stability. I tried to make everyone proud. But deep down, something felt off. I was walking a path that didn’t feel like mine. I ignored the signs because the alternative of risk, uncertainty, the unknown felt terrifying. Until one day I had to ask: Why am I climbing this ladder? If you’ve ever felt that, here’s what helped me realign: 1. Rediscover yourself. Question your beliefs. Which ones are truly yours? Which ones are just inherited fear? If it’s keeping you from your dream, it’s time to let it go. 2. Write down the big goal. Not the “safe” one. The real one. The one that scares you and excites you. Then anchor it to a deep why. For me, it was about creating a life that serves others and reflects who I really am. 3.Break the old patterns. Your old habits are tied to an old identity. If you want a new life, your daily choices need to match the version of you you’re becoming. The truth is: the ladder isn’t the problem. It’s the wall it’s leaning on. Make sure it’s one worth fully climbing. You get one life. What would you choose if you knew success was inevitable? Because it is when you don’t give up on yourself.
Subtle signs you’re stuck and might not even know it 1. You’ve become a master of shape-shifting. You know how to look successful, sound polished, be who they expect. But inside, you’re not sure if any of it really feels like you. 2. You stay in situations that drain you jobs, friendships, relationships not because they feel good, but because they’re “not bad enough” to leave. 3. Your intuition has whispered: “Slow down.” “Speak up.” “Take the leap.” But logic, fear, or comfort talks you out of it every time. If any of this hits home, you’re not alone. Many of us outgrow our old lives without realizing. For me, I felt subtle stress about not moving forward when I knew it was time for me to grow. I turned to going to the gym everyday, drinking on the weekends, and consuming content to help occupy and reduce the mental and physical pain of it. Awareness is the beginning. Self-honesty is the bridge. Aligned action is the path. You don’t have to stay stuck. Your next chapter is waiting for you when you’re ready to choose to honor yourself, feel excitement to wake up on Monday morning, and answer the call to offer something meaningful to the world.
