You don’t need more meetings. You need a better system for sharing critical updates.

We’ve all been there.

Another meeting that could’ve been an email.

Instead of defaulting to - Let’s schedule a meeting, try this:

📌 Asynchronous updates: A well-written summary in a shared doc beats a 30-minute call.

📌 Decision-first communication: If you already know the outcome, don’t make people sit through the backstory.

📌 Office hours instead of status meetings:  Let people drop in when they need clarity, instead of pulling everyone in just in case. - Personally tried this many times, and it works like a charm. 

Meetings should be for discussion, debate, and decisions,

Not for reading updates aloud.
