A few years ago, I was sitting in the boardroom of my marketing agency, staring at a problem that every brand and agency faces today: how to stand out in an overcrowded digital world. We had all the right services, the right team, and the right tools—but something was missing. We were good, but not visible enough. That’s when I started to look at LinkedIn & online visibility differently—not just as a platform for connections but as a magnetic engine for attracting clients. It hit me: visibility, when done right, is the key to scaling. The right content, the right strategy, and the right systems could turn a platform like LinkedIn into a powerhouse of lead generation. We decided to test a bold theory: Online visibility + scalable systems = clients every month. The results? Dramatic. In just a few months, we turned our agency’s online presence into a lead-generation machine—reaching the right people, engaging with them meaningfully, and building real relationships. We weren’t just gaining followers; we were gaining clients. That’s when we realized: that if it worked for us, it could work for others. Now, as a trusted VP of Best Branding Solutions, we bring this game-changing strategy to brands and agencies like yours. We’ve created systems that take the guesswork out of online visibility, creating a consistent flow of clients without the hassle. Whether you're a small agency or a growing brand, our system helps you scale effortlessly—bringing in clients every month. This isn’t about posting for the sake of posting. Imagine this: You’re waking up to a steady stream of messages from qualified leads, your calendar is filled with calls from potential clients, and your brand is gaining the recognition it deserves—all because you unlocked the true power of online visibility. That’s the transformation We’ve helped brands and agencies achieve, and now it’s your turn. So let's turn your business's presence into a client-generating machine. Let's Talk! I used to think I was good at sales. Then I watched these 5 TEDx talks. They changed everything. → The way I talk to people. → The way I listen. → The way I close. After watching them, I rewrote my entire sales strategy. And it worked. → Deals started closing faster. → My pipeline stopped dragging. → My confidence grew. Each talk gave me a new mindset shift. → A new tool. → A new way of thinking about trust, value, and action. Watch them. Take notes. Then come back and tell me which one hit you hardest. If you’re a coach, consultant, or thought leader… And you want to build real credibility... We’ve got something amazing for you. The media appearances these speakers landed? You can reach that level too. It starts with one step. DM me or drop a comment below. #Coaches #Thoughtleaders #TEDx #Media

I’ll be honest. My posts don’t get crazy impressions. I don’t go viral. I don’t get 100K views. And no, I’m not in every LinkedIn roundup. But LinkedIn has still been great to me. Here’s why: Even with low impressions, people see my posts → They reach out → We have a real chat → And... they become clients That’s the part no one talks about. You can have 500 impressions and 1 deal. Or 50,000 impressions and zero leads. Which would you choose? I know some people might judge this. They’ll say I’m “making excuses” for not getting high reach. But I’m not here to chase numbers. I’m here to build trust. To speak honestly. To show my perspective. Because that’s what builds your personal brand. Impressions do matter, yes. But revenue matters more. Real relationships matter more. Clients who come to you matter more. So if LinkedIn is working for you behind the scenes… Keep posting. Even if the numbers aren’t flashy. Do it for the right reason. Not for likes. But for legacy. It’s never too late to start. Build your personal brand on LinkedIn and let it bring leads to you. Start here → https://lnkd.in/ewuJUfMA Show up. Speak up. Let LinkedIn work for you.
You can’t charge authority-level prices without authority-level visibility. You’re not getting high-ticket clients because no one knows who you are. You are on LinkedIn for business... Or are you just scrolling to feel bad about yourself? Be honest. You see someone share a win. → A TEDx talk → A podcast feature → A new client → A 6-figure month And your brain turns their success into your failure. It feels like you’re stuck. Nowhere to go. No results to post. No “big move” to share. That feeling is normal. When you’re in the middle, it’s easy to forget that people choose to build authority. They didn’t get lucky. They positioned themselves. That’s the part most people ignore. The people getting inbound leads? They aren’t just posting and praying. They built credibility. They became a trusted voice. → They got on TV → They did TEDx → They told their story on podcasts → They showed up where their clients are already watching This is how you build authority in 2025. People don’t work with bots. They work with people they’ve seen, heard, and trust. The truth is… your dream clients are already watching. They’re scrolling LinkedIn. They’re Googling your name. They’re checking your content. What do they see? If you’re afraid to invest in visibility, ask yourself this: What’s actually stopping you? Is it the risk? Or the fear that people will finally see you? One thing that helped me: Teach the people behind you while learning from the ones ahead. And if you’re a coach, speaker, or thought leader, this is your window. I work with an agency that helps experts like you get on TV and TEDx stages. I’ve seen people go from invisible… to in-demand… in weeks. If you want to become a trusted voice - my DMs are open. Let’s talk about your story and spot you on TV to shout out loud.
5 content types that attract leads without being "salesy": 1. Behind-the-scenes stories ↳ Show your process ↳ Share real failures ↳ Document your journey 2. Client transformation posts ↳ Focus on their story, not yours ↳ Include specific results ↳ Show the exact process 3. Unpopular opinions ↳ Challenge industry myths ↳ Back it with data ↳ Offer a better solution 4. Step-by-step breakdowns ↳ Show exactly how you do something ↳ Include screenshots ↳ Give away your "secrets" 5. Industry predictions ↳ Share market trends ↳ Point out opportunities ↳ Help others prepare The key? Stop trying to sell in your content. Focus on helping people solve problems, and the leads will come naturally. I've tested hundreds of posts. These 5 types convert better than any "growth hack" or sales script. Woke up late today. Felt pretty bad. Like, really bad. Had an argument with a friend. Didn't feel like doing anything. Just wanted to stay in bed. Then, I bumped into my friend. He could tell I wasn't having a good day. He told me a story. It was about a woman named Wilma Rudolph. Wilma was sick a lot when she was little. She couldn't even walk well. Doctors said she might never walk normally. But Wilma didn't listen to that. Her mom kept telling her she could do anything. - Wilma worked so hard. - She went to therapy. - She practiced walking. And guess what? She didn't just walk. - She became a super fast runner. - She even won Olympic gold medals! My friend said Wilma never gave up. - She didn't listen to the people who said she couldn't. - She listened to her mom who believed in her. Hearing that story really hit me. It gave me a jolt of energy. Like a shot of adrenaline! It made me think about not giving up, even when things feel hard. So, I'm curious... What's that one thing, that story, or that person, that keeps you going, even when things get tough? #NeverGiveup #wilmarudolph
LinkedIn can be your top lead generator, if you’re doing it right. Are you? There's a way to get lots of new customers on LinkedIn? And you DON'T have to post stuff all day long. That works for you even when you're sleeping. Cool, right? It’s not about working super hard. It’s about working super smart. And your LinkedIn page can be your helper. Here’s how to make your LinkedIn profile awesome: → Step 1: Make your LinkedIn profile super easy to understand. - Like a big, clear sign. - It should tell people exactly WHO you help. And HOW you help them. - No confusing stuff. - Just make it clear and grab their attention. → Step 2: Use the top part of your LinkedIn profile for your story. - What problem do you fix for people? - Why are you good at helping? - Make them feel like they really need to talk to you. → Step 3: Share helpful little tips in your posts. - Not super long ones. - Just quick, useful ideas. - This makes people want to see more from you. → Step 4: Get some AI tools to help you. - Like little robots (You can use tools like Dux-Soup or others). - They can say "hello" to new people for you. - And send nice follow-up messages. - So you can focus on your main job. → Step 5: Offer something really cool for FREE. - This gets people interested. - Maybe a free chat with you? - Or a helpful guide they can read? - Or even a short, free lesson? Give them something great after they connect. Why does this work so well? Because your LinkedIn profile talks right to the people you want to help. They'll see it and want to talk to you. They'll start to trust you. And when they trust you... They'll be ready for your help. What happens next? Lots and lots of new people asking about your business. A steady flow, all the time. P.S. Go look at your LinkedIn headline. Does it clearly tell people WHO you help and the awesome thing you help them do? Try fixing that one sentence today.
Your personal brand is becoming more important than ever on LinkedIn. And most people are still getting it wrong. What’s changed? → People buy from people they know and trust. → Not from fancy logos or cool taglines. → LinkedIn is about relationships first, sales second. Let me show you why building your personal brand matters: People trust faces, not brands. → They want real stories. → They want to know the person behind the business. → They follow people who feel real, not perfect. LinkedIn rewards real connection. → Sharing your journey gets more reach. → Helping others wins more trust. → Showing your values makes people believe in you. Here’s how to build a stronger personal brand on LinkedIn: Step 1 → Share real stories (good and bad) Step 2 → Rotate 3-5 simple content topics Step 3 → Fix your profile like it’s your landing page Step 4 → Comment daily on others' posts with real thoughts Step 5 → Keep posting, even when it feels quiet What your LinkedIn profile should have: → A clear headline (what you do and who you help) → A strong banner (show your mission) → An About section that talks to your future clients → A Featured section showing proof and wins What content works best now: → Step-by-step tips → How-to guides → Simple advice that helps someone today Good content + strong profile = leads coming to you. Quick tricks don't work anymore: ❌ Only posting wins ❌ Copy-pasting viral posts ❌ Random selfies with no meaning ❌ Buying fake engagement The real power is in building trust every day. ♻️ Save this post, repost it for others, someone might be so ready to cook it. Look at these super popular creators here on LinkedIn. They get lots of attention and people listen to them. How → Lara Acosta → Matt Gray → Chase Dimond → Matt Barker do it. It starts with their profile. → They make it look really good and easy to understand. → Like a clean store window showing their best things. → It's set up so people know who they are and what they are good at right away. Then, look at what they post. → They have a plan for their posts. → They share ideas or tips or stories that people like to read or watch. → Their posts are clear and interesting. → They post things that help or teach or make people think. → They do this over and over. So, how do you become a top creator like them. → You need to have that good profile first. → Then, you need to share helpful and interesting things often. → Talk about what you know and what you care about. → Share your ideas in a way that people can easily understand. When you do this, people start to notice you. → They see your posts and learn from you. → They start to trust you. → This is how you become known as the best. Having a personal brand helps you get leads lifetime. Leads are like people who are interested in what you sell or the work you do. Two years ago, I had no clear path. I didn’t know what I was doing. But I knew one thing, I wanted to build something of my own. I didn’t get LinkedIn. All I knew was sales, learned from real life, not a textbook. I was broke. Zero income. Savings running out. But I kept going. Now? I run my own business. I’m building a brand. And LinkedIn became my launchpad. Throw me in the jungle with a laptop and WiFi… I’ll win. Here are a few lessons I learned the hard way: ↳ 1. Thinking I knew everything. That mindset kept me stuck. Stay open. Learn from people who’ve already done what you want to do. ↳ 2. Not asking for help. I used to be shy about it. But asking shows strength. It means you’re ready to grow. ↳ 3. Wasting time. Read more. Good books will teach you how to think. They’ll make you ask better questions. ↳ 4. Going solo. Work with experts. Let them guide you. You’ll move faster. This journey wasn’t easy. But it was worth it. From zero to building daily, I’m proud of it. ♻️ repost to share this with someone who needs to see it. I want to be honest about something today. We talk a lot about building connections. But do we really treat our connections like people? Or just numbers? I’ve been guilty of this too. You’re sending connection requests. But no one is answering. Here’s why: ☑️ People want real connections ☑️ Most messages feel like spam ☑️ Trust is missing Let me break it down for you: ☑️ Most people send cold pitches → no hello → no care → just a link That doesn’t work anymore. People can feel when it’s fake. ☑️ Real connections take time → like their posts first → leave kind comments → understand what they care about It’s not about quick wins. It’s about showing up. ☑️ What works now: Step 1 → Read their profile before connecting Step 2 → Wait before sending a message Step 3 → Engage with their posts Step 4 → Be helpful without asking for anything Step 5 → Let trust build naturally ☑️ How trust turns into sales: → no pressure → no pushing → just helping When someone feels safe, they come to you. No tricks. No tactics. Just care. Stop pitching. Start building. ♻️ Repost this to your network. Follow me Rehan Safdar LinkedIn is pure business start learning it today https://lnkd.in/dqj_uyg4
Coaches: Is LinkedIn feeling like a ghost town? You show up. You post. You try to give value. But still… No leads. No calls. You’re not the only one. Most coaches are stuck. And no LinkedIn isn’t broken. It’s just being used the wrong way. Here’s how to turn things around 👇 1. Share content that actually helps 📌 Don’t just post quotes. Talk about real problems your clients face. ➡️ “3 Mistakes Coaches Make That Kill Trust” That’s a post people will read. 📌 Always end with a question. It gets people talking. 2. Make your profile work harder than you do 📌 Use clear keywords like “Career Coach” or “Leadership Coach.” 📌 Tell your story in your summary. 📌 Show your face in your photo. Look trustworthy. 📌 Ask happy clients for endorsements. Your profile should answer one big question: “Can this person help me?” 3. Know who you’re here for 📌 You don’t need everyone. Just the right people. → What job title? → What industry? → What pain points? 📌 Like their posts. Leave comments. 📌 Join the groups they’re already in. Be human. Not salesy. 4. Build real connections 📌 Don’t just hit “connect.” Say why you’re reaching out. 📌 Share helpful stuff. Not just offers. 📌 Engage with their posts. Say something real. 500 real connections > 5,000 random ones. 5. Use your time like a pro The average person spends 17 minutes a day on LinkedIn. Use it smart: → Drop your take on industry posts → Run a poll → Go live → Do a Q&A → Show your face. Be the expert. One coach I helped was amazing at career transitions. But LinkedIn wasn’t giving them much. We tweaked their profile. Changed their posts. Used my simple C.O.A.C.H. method. - 5+ sales calls a week - Group program filled - Consistent 5-figure months LinkedIn didn’t change. They did. If LinkedIn feels like it’s not working… You might just be a few moves away from making it magic. Have fun out there 🤙
You don’t need 10,000 followers on LinkedIn. You just need the right positioning. Ever post daily? Send DMs? Still get no replies? They see your message... but say nothing. Why? I think LinkedIn is pretty cool. Not just for finding jobs. It's great for meeting people. And having real talks. It feels different now. Before, maybe people just tried to sell things right away. Just pitching their stuff fast. Those days seem to be fading. Now, I feel people want something else. They want people to understand them. They want to talk and share ideas. Tell you about their problems. Or talk about big problems we all see. People are looking for help. They want someone who can solve problems. Someone who helps, not just sells. Being helpful and building connections first. Some call this social selling. It really just means being a good neighbor online. Here are five simple ideas for this: - Listen more than you talk. - See what people are talking about. - Share helpful things. - Offer tips or ideas, not just ads. - Talk with people kindly. - Write nice comments. Ask real questions. - Connect with people you find interesting. - Send a friendly hello when you connect. - Be patient and kind. - Building trust takes time. Not doing these things...is sabotaging your LinkedIn.. Writing this down... Sometimes I just think about stuff. Like, right now. Thinking about LinkedIn. And wow. It feels like the coolest place to be. Right now, anyway. Like a big party for business people. And honestly? I think everyone should learn it. Like, really learn it. A to Z. Maybe find someone who knows it well. An expert. And just start. Start doing stuff on it. Start building you on there. Your own little spot. Your personal brand, they call it. And learn how to show what you can do. How to "sell yourself" in a good way. Because guess what? Lots of people are watching. Buyers are watching. They are looking for people like you. Who can help them. But here's the biggest thing I learned. My best tip, I guess. You have to be easy to find. You have to fix your positioning. Think of it like this. If you're lost. If nobody knows what you're good at. Or who you help. How will the right people find you? They won't. You have to be clear. Like putting a big, easy sign on your shop. Saying exactly what you do. So, how to fix this? How to get found? Here are 3 simple things I try. → Make your headline super clear. Tell people right away what you do or who you help. No fancy words needed. → Share your ideas. Talk about the things you know! Write posts about your area. Show people you know your stuff. → Fill out your profile. Make sure all the parts are done. Like putting all your good work on display. That's kind of it. Be clear. Be seen. It makes such a big difference. If you wanna learn more. Like, really learn how to make LinkedIn work for you... How to change everything... You can learn right here. I can challenge you. It really will change your LinkedIn in just days. Start here NOW ⟶ https://lnkd.in/dqj_uyg4 Okay, thoughts over for now. Not Every Connection is a Lead, and Not Every Lead Should Be a Connection When it comes to LinkedIn, it’s important to find the right people to connect with, your ideal clients (ICPs). But how do you make sure you’re connecting with the right people? Here’s how you can use LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator to make the process easier. Step-by-Step Guide: Finding and Creating Lists for Your ICPs Set Clear ICP Criteria Before you start searching, figure out what makes up your ideal customer. Think about these things: - Industry - Job title or function - Company size (number of employees, revenue) - Location - Seniority level Use Sales Navigator Filters Sales Navigator has powerful filters to help you find the right leads. Here are some key filters to use: - Keywords: Search by job titles or skills. - Location: Target specific areas or countries. - Industry: Pick industries that match your business. - Company Size: Choose companies that fit the size you’re looking for. - Seniority Level: Look for decision-makers or key influencers. - Connection Degree: Focus on 2nd and 3rd-degree connections to help warm up your outreach. → Save Your Leads and Create Lists Once you’ve found your ideal leads, save them into lists in Sales Navigator. You can organize these lists by niche, industry, or campaign to keep track of them and follow up easily. Step-by-Step Hacks: From Finding to Converting Prospects - Finding Your Prospects Start by using the filters in Sales Navigator to search for people who fit your ICP. Look for prospects who have recent activity like posts or comments. This shows they’re active and likely open to connecting. → Warming Them Up Don’t just hit “like” on their posts, engage by leaving thoughtful comments. Share your insights or ask questions. This shows you’re interested in what they’re saying, not just trying to sell them something. → When to Send the First Message Timing is important. Only send a message after you’ve interacted with their content. Build some rapport first, then reach out. Don’t pitch right away. Your first message should be about starting a conversation, not selling something. 📌 Sample First Message (Not a Pitch) Hey [Name], I saw your post on [Topic] and really agree with your thoughts on [X]. I’ve been thinking about it a lot, especially when it comes to [Y]. Would love to connect and chat more about this. Best, [Your Name] Why This Works: You’re referencing something they’ve shared, adding value. It starts a conversation, not a sales pitch. It shows real interest in them, not just in making a sale. LinkedIn isn’t about pushing products through pitches. It’s about building relationships, offering solutions, and showing real value. By nurturing connections and delivering value first, you’ll turn leads into clients. 📌 What’s your approach to LinkedIn outreach? Last month, we helped a client generate 847 qualified leads. Most businesses struggle with lead generation because they're doing it wrong. They either focus solely on outbound (and get ignored)... Or rely only on inbound (and wait forever for results). The solution? A hybrid system that combines both. I've documented our entire process in a comprehensive guide that shows: • How to use Phantomwriter to grow your LinkedIn brand like crazy • How to build highly-targeted prospect lists that actually respond • The exact messaging templates that get 40%+ reply rates • A content framework that attracts ideal clients automatically • The CRM setup that tracks and nurtures every lead This system helped: - An IT company book 120+ meetings in 90 days - A SaaS startup close their first 50 enterprise clients - A consulting firm reduce CAC by 62% Want the complete guide? 1. Fathers are amazing. the best thing you can do is sit with them and just listen. i bet you will hear 100s of stories full of lessons you will never find in books or degrees. these stories are built from real life. setbacks, hard times, tough wins, and tougher people. i had one of those moments recently. i was reading a chapter on “Mental Leadership” from a book called The Little Book of Leadership by Jeffrey Gitomer. this chapter hit different. it talks about how leadership is not just about skills. it is about the attitude you bring every single day. the YES attitude. the fight attitude. the “I will find a way” attitude. while I was deep into this, my father shared a story with me. years ago, he fought for laborers to get fair wages. it was tough. people said he should give up. but he said his attitude kept him pushing. he fought hard. and he won. no fancy degree teaches that kind of leadership. It comes from mental toughness. from the heart. from experience. If you ever feel stuck, go sit with your dad or an elder. → ask them about their hardest fight. → listen with both ears. → take notes if you have to. i promise you will walk away stronger. this little break from work gave me a big push forward. sometimes, the best lessons are not in a book. they are sitting right across from you, waiting to be heard p.s. screen open, book open, mind half open the holy trifecta. call me and quiz me on the book. if I pass, you owe me lunch. If I fail, let’s pretend this p.s never happened.
One cold DM. One real conversation. $5,000 and an affiliate deal later… here’s what I learned. Closed a $5k client. From one cold DM. No pitch. No push. No pressure. I sent her real value yesterday. Woke up today to an inquiry. Now we’re locked in She even bought an affiliate offer too. That’s how wild LinkedIn is. But here’s the million dollar tip: Don’t act salesy. Talk like a human. Treat this platform like a stage. When you're on it Make people stay till the end. Wanna turn LinkedIn into your favorite cafe? Try these: → Say hi before you sell anything → Share helpful stuff, not just hype → Comment like you care (because you should) → Reply to DMs like you're chatting over coffee → Be the person they'd want to sit next to again LinkedIn isn’t magic. It’s just people. But if you treat it right, it works like magic. Wanna learn how to make LinkedIn work for you?
